They took forever to prepare the food, then said the pancakes were on the way. Never got the pancakes, never offered any compensation, just brought the bill and quietly rushed us out. When service is this poor, I don’t complain, I just never go back. The portions were tiny and overpriced. You won’t be full, but you will loose your appetite by the time you leave.

Our waiter, Zean, was horrible. He was given information when he first came to the table. He chose to ignore our request & when he took our order, he didn’t ask how we wanted our eggs cooked. He was quick to pick up the check and any tips left for him. It was very noisy in the restaurant and the slamming of the west front door was awful loud. That door needs work or it shouldn’t be used for regular exit traffic.

I placed a carry out order to be picked up at 10:46am. I got to the store at exactly that time. There were no directions or signs indicating where to go for carry out. After asking at the front desk, I was told the bar/counter area. I was barely acknowledged at the bar, and proceeded to stand there for 20 minutes waiting for my order. Not once was it told to me that it was coming, they were behind or orders were delayed. Service was terrible. It was not a good experience.

We ordered 2 meals and ended up waiting over an hour. Our waitress never checked in. We witnessed another table getting the incorrect order (pancakes instead of a salad). We ended up leaving, never getting our meal. We will not go back.

We waited an hour for our food that never even came out. The waitress said the kitchen “Lost our order” She said she would go check on it, and she just went back to her computer. We went to get our refund. No apology from the manager or anyone who was there. A place, understaffed full of teenagers and a manager with poor customer service, who do not care. Terrible start to our weekend.

Past two times we went the service was awful. First time the waitress forgot to put our order in and left us waiting for half an hour in a less than busy restaurant. Second time we waited for 15 minuets before a waiter helped us. Got our food out before we got the waters we asked for. Good is great but service needs new management.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve had unfortunately waited 2 hours for an order of eggs and hash browns. They are extremely understaffed and seat large tables knowing they can’t truly accommodate them. I would not recommend eating here, we will not be returning.
