went today for national pancake day, it wasn’t packed at all. If it was, i wouldn’t be writing this review. We got seated and got left alone, for about 40 minutes… they didn’t even take our drinks at all, for 40 minutes. we didn’t get to order our drinks nor food. we got up and just left, i tried to call and ask for a manager but i guess there wasn’t one. maybe that’s why it was so bad because management was not there apparently. i’m usually not one to write reviews because im very understanding but we didn’t even get drinks. very poor management honestly, i practically remember the menu by memory now lol. we came next door to applebees and it was a better experience! they kept checking up on us.

The waitress was wonderful but the food was horribly over cooked. The waffles broke apart like potato chips. The chicken strips were brown and tough not golden brown and tender. Used to be great food here, not anymore. Won’t be back.

Anytime we eat at IHOP in liberal, it is clean and the staff is amazing. Friendly and very competent. Food is awesome! Two years ago management was terrible, but Chelbi is back and the place is coming back!!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Shelby has been known for his angry outbursts that this company does nothing about, treats his employees like absolute garbage and the customers too! Needs to be fired after the incident that happened today. No manager of any kind needs to be putting hands on anyone over a bill that wasn’t discounted or discussed due to having hair in the food. Again HAIR IN FOOD AFTER 3 times of sending it back

Grilled onions on the sirloin tips were burned. Scraped about half of them to the side. Everything else was fine. We had a great waitress!!

I’ve never gone to IHOP for dinner before, and I have to say the food selection was definitely broader than I had expected. I ordered the Beef Tips, and honestly was impressed with the overall presentation of the food and the taste of the sides. The beef however was over cooked and was either the cheapest beef on the market or it was actually liver, but either way I don’t recommend it. Other than that the overall experience was wholesome and pleasant.
