I go thru hutch I hop once n while but I got to say Friday the 26th stoped by but when went in had to wait to be seated and as I waited I observed and heard how rude one of the servers was talking to the cook like I understand sometimes things may happen but no one has the right to treat the employees the way that Jenn did I remember her name clearly Jenn(Jennifer! ) was treating very rude the cook when he was only trying to stay very calm focus she still kept being very disrespectful makes me not ever want to go back to see how they let servers treat coworkers the way she did ! Food was great service could be better though if I didn’t had that experience! Need to be more professional ! I never write reviews like this but this was not an experience I wanted to go thru and sometimes that the reason we loose good people because the way people get treated so worst service for this ! Food was great ! Great job to the cook !!

This place is awesome. The service is great. We go there almost every single day. The food is awesome and the environment is outstanding, but make sure you bring a coat.
Every waitress and waiter there is extremely friendly, helpful, kind, and does not forget about you. The food comes out very fast. This place is a must in Hutchinson, Kansas. I recommend this place 110%. The place is very clean and tidy. There is nothing bad to say about this IHOP in Hutchinson, Kansas. I’ve been to other IHOPs that have been bad but this one is 10 out of 10.

Came in today on Thanksgiving as my first choice was closed. I was bummed as it’s my birthday and I’m all alone in a different state.
Well.. I’m glad I came here today. James was my server and I think he knew something may be off with me. He suggested some great blueberry pancakes and I did the combo.
The food was amazing asking with the blueberry syrup that James also suggested. Great staff!!!

Me and my coworker ask for a second to think about our order, and they forgot about us. My coworker ended up getting up and walking over to get there attention.
Once we had ordered, the orange juice came with black flylike bit floating in it.
Food 1 star: good, but orange juice had flies in it or something.
Service 1 star: slow and required us to get their attention. They seem to have adopted a hands off approach to service.
Atmosphere 1 star: lazy. The workers were literally laying around in the booths.

Food was amazing & server was outstanding!! They need to do some upkeep on the restrooms. The womens stalls need new locks on the doors. The men’s room smelled of urine & it was only 9am!

Probably one of the best places to eat around here all the servers and cooks are so chill and professional I usually come in around 8 or 9 at night and night shift does a fantastic job at what they do they are super friendly and get everything we need every time

Four stars only because of how long the wait was. The food was the best I’ve ever had at an ihop. Steak tips all the way! They now have gluten free pancakes!!! And the wait today nov 5 was much better! Today November 24th is amazing. I am here at 10 our waitress is wonderful in fact the whole staff is awesome. There was a cute old man here and they treated him like family one even walked him back to his car. Up to five stars for this experience. The mornings are like a different world!!
