Unlike the IHOP in Peculiar they offer free coffee refills. Service was a little slow starting out. Our food was served fairly quick and pretty tasty.

Management was trash. They Did not want to help nor make their mistakes right, nor come out to talk to the customer. Claimed she was “cooking” and “too busy”. Food comes out cold. They do not bring all food out. We waited 30 minutes to get a kids refill and a water. Highly recommend not waste your time or money here.

I ordered The sirloin steak tips, which usually comes with mushrooms and caramelized onions. My onions were not caramelized they were undercooked. Also, I honestly could not enjoy my meal because there was a net flying around. That’s not their fault however I did not finish my meal.

Freaking ridiculous how they treat customers here. We’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes and NOTHING. Waitress has walked by us a dozen times and hasn’t even offered drinks. When she finally got to seat us she blamed being slow on a gruop of 4. A GRUOP OF 4…SERIOUSLY! We have given this place chance after chance..we’re done. The food is great but you need to put your customers first..WE are the reason you get paid…AFTER 45 MINUTES OF GETTING IGNORED WE LEFT.

Fantastic and patient staff, handled theatre kids so well, amazing everything, food was beautiful. Bathroom was clean and smelled good, 10/10 bathroom to have a mental breakdown in at midnight

Just went to get breakfast at a usual time, got the same thing i get at every ihop. My bacon was soggy, my hasbrowns that i asked to be crispy were soggy, when i asked questions my server was upset and seemed irritated. Ive never been asked what kind of sunny side up i wanted. Just overall bad experience and i will not be back nor recommend this location.
