Waited 16 minutes at curbside pickup for my order. The food was good but cold. They included no straws for our drinks and no butter for our rolls. Also no utensils or napkins. The food was crammed into a small box and everything was all mixed together. See photo.

We had a wonderful experience at Bob Evans! The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress, Amber, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Amber, for making our visit such a great one! We’ll definitely be back.

Well. I can safely write this one off the list. I was raised not to complain about food and to be glad I had food. But this dinner was pretty sad. None of the staff seemed to want to be here. The waitress was miss mumbles. We came in at 5:05pm. Urder taken at 5:24. Dinner was served at 5:57. Almost an hour in a place, not busy at all. The fries were old and rubbery, tge burger patty cooked to a brick on the bottom. The entire presentation looked thrown on the plate and stepped on. I almost always clean my plate, but I just couldn’t finish this one. What a wasre.

Wherever I see a Bob Evans I stop in because the food is always good. Service is top notch. This time my wife and I was on a business trip for her job. I recommend Bob Evans restaurant to anymore traveling or just a place to relax and eat fresh food. I love that it reminds me of a cozy lodge to have brunch or dinner back home in Memphis.

I ordered 1/2 BLT (fantastic) and the 1/2 salad (chicken pecan) the salad was good…but it’s definitely over topped with pecans and crasins. Too much of a good thing kind of overwhelmed the salad. It also ups the calories and carbs when this is done.

amber. she was very helpful and she addressed my concern about the portion size of my meal. she immediately took care of the issue and was very pleasant the entire time with me and my husband. she consistently checked on us with any needs and kept drinks refilled. I recommend her to anyone who comes into this location. Way to go Amber!!!

Absolutely disgusting! I will never go to this restaurant again. I visited last year, everything was off and the pancakes were super thin!! And no, I didn’t order crepes. Last week my bf ordered through DoorDash. I ate the eggs and sausage before my pancakes and vomited within 3 minutes!! The taste was off and the eggs were of a wet consistency in the middle as if uncooked. I opened the pancakes and Yea, never again!! Why do these pancakes look like this!!!
