Marcos was our server. He did an amazing job given the multiple situations that had gone array all the while being the only server. The system crashed when we got there so he had to deal with that, then there was a gentleman thay came into dine and dash. He handled that really well as well. He was gracious, nice, and extremely apologetic for the situations.

The waitress Brianda J is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and has a digsuting attitude. I cannot believe a person so hostile could work as a waitress. As soon as I walked in she looked at me angrily from head to toe. She gave minimal communication and would walk off mid-sentence while I would be talking to her. The entire time I was in the restaurant she gave me dirty looks. She even admitted to being rude and thinks it is okay. I know people have bad days but this was extreme. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. She even told me if I wanted to follow her to the computer to make sure she wasn’t stealing my card details. I said sure because at that point, im not sure why she would even say that. I asked to speak with the manager and she said that the manager was not present.

I came to this IHOP location around 1:30am and they were a bit busy. We were greeted by our server who wore the expression that she didn’t care about anything and that’s putting it mildly. It’s late, you’re a bit busy dealing with the late night crowd. I get that aspect of it. The staff could be heard complaining from the dining room. I ordered my usual T-Bone steak and eggs. After just observing the apathetic attitude of my waitress I didn’t expect much but i was so hungry and the birthday girl chose to go to IHOP so I was committed. I received the most well done steak i had ever been served. It was extra charred like the cook put a heavy skillet on the steak too cook it faster. All the juice was gone. I was so hungry I didn’t care at first until I was about halfway through and my friend began to comment on my steak and it being fully devoid of life. The waitress didn’t come back after the food was dropped until I had to get up and go to the door to the kitchen to find her for some refills and some more hollandnaise sauce. Since I had already eaten half the steak, I couldn’t rightfully complain but I asked her to tell the cook to not cook it so much. She rolled her eyes and went back to the kitchen. Fast forward to the bill. She charged two of us wrong. Simple mistake switching the drinks. She said someone else rang up her table and that’s why it was messed up. She also said she got allot of tables at once so she was very busy. It happens but it didn’t seem all that busy to me. She was with another server and lots of staff. So I wasn’t buying it. She fixed the birthday girl and my check but the birthday girl’s sister was charged an extra $13. Needless to say the mood was set when we walked in the door. After jumping through some hoops and meeting the manager, I think, the checks were resolved and we left. Overall it was a very bad experience and IHOP usually does me right. I won’t get this location ever again

My daughters watched a video about struggling chain restaurants and IHOP was on the list. I hadn’t been to an IHOP in over 20 years, so we decided to give it a whirl. The 7 of us went on a Sunday afternoon. The service was great, the food was satisfying and we had a really good time. Truly, there’s no better place to get pancakes.

Not even sure where to start, but it sure ended in a rather loud arguement.

Came in for a Team Breakfast, understanding that a large party (9) may take some time.
Were seated rather quickly as there were only 4 other tables the entire time we were there.
Drinks (water and juice) came 20 minutes after ordering them. Was never offered a refill until we approached the kitchen to ask. My Coworker asked for Gluten Free options as she is allergic. The waiter explained that ihop has discontinued the gluten free pancake. But then he proceeded to make fun of her for even asking her options.
Waiter didn’t return to ask our order until 40 minutes of sitting there.
At the hour mark, with no refill, no update we were getting rather frustrated. Went to ask an update at the waiter by the kitchen and was ignored. Restarted to ask for boxes since we all needed to leave soon. We had already paid or would have probably just walked out at this point.
Expressing how frustrating this was and asking for a manager, was told we could just come in tomorrow to talk to them and was denied a number. The young woman we spoke to first was extremely rude. Offering no resolution, basically telling us to just sit and wait an hour and 20 minutes in, 40 minutes after ordering our food.
As we were all ready to ask for a refund and leave, food came out. Cold food. Clearly melted cheese in a microwave food.
I had to leave, coworkers stayed but I doubt a resolution came.
A worker raising their voice at a customer, just asking for them to do their job is uncalled for. A waiter making fun of someone asking options is uncalled for. Waiting 40 minutes to take an order is absurd. Food 40 minutes later is even worse.

Got here at 5:52 on National Pancake Day and waited about 6 minutes to be sat. No problem. Got sat after 2 couples who both got their drink and food orders taken, along with another table that was sat before us. After that, we still had not received drinks or even a greeting and the light ginger brown haired waitress greeted and took the orders of a table sat after us. A group of teenage boys came in and got sat next to us and she immediately took their drink orders after seating them. We still had not been greeted. Waited for about 15 minutes and had not received drinks or service. Ridiculous only because she watched us get sat.

My husband, and I and our 1 year old son decided to stop by here for my birthday lunch. Our server, gave us our drinks and the he sat down and was scrolling on his phone and forgot about us. He laughed and said he forgot us. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait long for our food however I received uncooked chicken, dry and crunchy waffles and a dirty cup with floaties at the bottom (my husband noticed, but unfortunately I didnt notice til the end.) On top of that that food just wasn’t good. The chef came and spoke to us, and said they would take off my meal. But there was no apology. We will not be returning. It was a mess, and the workers were unprofessional. I generally try to take negative comments with a grain of salt. But if you can stay away from this place.

Analy was incredible tonight. I didn’t see any other servers, so she was taking care of all of the tables on a busy night herself. As busy as it was, she had an amazing attitude and was extremely attentive. She didn’t stop moving once. I just wish there were more people to help her, but I’m sure it was a busier night than usual with the concert in town. There supposedly two other servers but I never saw them. Management needs to get it together, as it isn’t fair to the one server keeping this place running while the others hide in the back. Analy was taking care of tables that weren’t hers the entire time we were there, and she had to ask kitchen staff to help her a few times. She deserves a raise and better coworkers. She’s the only reason we had a good experience tonight.

Major disappointment. What a shame. I moved in recently to an apartment within walking distance of this IHOP. It was a beautiful Saturday morning and I was looking forward to this as my new go to place for breakfast. Arrived about 10am was greeted and seated but 25 minutes later walked out after nobody waited on me. No water, no coffee, no attention. It was somewhat busy, but many open tables. I counted 4-5 servers, some working hard, some doing nothing. One waiter was fanning himself with a menu in the corner as if he was hot. Many tables were uncleared from previous customers. When I find a place like this, I know it points back to bad ownership, management and/or the lack of proper training and supervision. I predict this IHOP location will not last unless things turn around. It won’t be helped by me as I will tell everyone who will listen in my apartment complex of my experience. I hope the food is good for those who are fortunate enough to be waited on at their tables.
