Me and my daughter was venturing out to the closest Burger King, because we heard of the Naruto collab, and just had to get our hands on them!!, this is actually one of the cleanest BKs I’ve been to honestly, nice comfortable seating, and they let me purchase all the toys ☺️ , The burger and fries were fresh and the staff was really friendly to me and my young daughter despite the mild Rush they were experiencing. Thank you again to the staff here and special shout out to the manager going above and beyond, I neglected to get her name but thank you.

The fries were fresh as was my burger. The assistant manager that was working on Wednesday afternoon (1/21) was super sweet and friendly.. More people there can learn from her level of customer service!

Absolutely ridiculous!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager on duty is rude! I had ordered before someone and he got his food before me. My food was already out waiting to be bagged up. My order was #94 and his was #95. And then when I get my food I’m missing my fries, I ask for the fries and the manager gives me an attitude!!

I would put zero stars if that was possible…i ordered an impossible whopper with no mayo and hot off the broiler. I’m vegan so it was important to not have that on there! It ended up being burnt and covered in extra mayo I couldn’t even eat it!

Ordered food here tonight and half my order was missing. Don’t know how that happens when it is clearly written down in front of you. Also between the time I ordered and opened my food was 30 minutes. It was ICE cold. Completely cold and stale.

I ordered two Whoppers without mayo as I’m allergic to eggs. Both Whoppers had mayo slopped over them but the raccoons had a good dinner last night. Why is it so hard to get an order right? 29.00 wasted and while I love Whoppers I’m not going to order online or go back to Burger King. I can’t afford to throw away food when I finally decide to splurge.

Good food. Clean. Feels safe. Looks like it was remodeled fairly recently with a modern flair and lots of tile. Twice now, they didn’t make my sandwich. After a lengthy wait, I had to ask about it. They said it got cleared from the kitchen prep display by mistake. Took a long time. They were swamped.

Today will be my last day going to this BK, Ordered Mozzarella Fries, and paid for 8 Pc, but when I came home, there were only 5. When I called them, a lady said you can come back, and I can give you another one. I pointed that I am not willing to drive back for ten more Min. but they need to be more careful. This is when she gave me attitude to tell me “oh so you just called back to harass me” I was speechless and just could say don’t worry since this was the last time for me.

I’ve gone to this Burger King for years and have never had such an awful experience. First things first, my “Big Fish” sandwich had NO FISH…at all. I was given the wrong drink, then the right drink. I was not given the onion rings that went with my combo meal…only the extra order that I asked for. Then I was given the Small onion rings, but all of the onion rings were ICE COLD. They were out of zesty sauce, out of ketchup packets, and I was given ketchup in a drinking cup because that’s easy, right? I want my $10 back. SO I CALLED, it rang and rang, answered, and then hung up on me before I could leave a message.
