Ordered through door dash. Probably one of the worst experiences in years. I did not get the hash browns I ordered or the syrup for the pancakes and French toast, so I guess I’ll be eating those dry. The meat on the Colorado omlette is burnt and dried out…and the salsa that is part of the dish was not included either. The almost $8 shake comes in a small size cup, definitely not worth the price. Overall we are missing several items we ordered and the food we did get is terrible quality.

Walked in as a party of two on 10/9/22. Host was struggling to take down names and other waiters were helping the host reorganize the entire list of guests. We got seated about 10 minutes after waiting for available table (a lot of tables were available, but they seemed short on waiters). Server was nice at first and got our drinks made and food order taken immediately. Server also kept us informed that the kitchen had “a backup on food orders.” About 20 minutes later, we got our food. We ordered four scrambled eggs, and the proportion seemed to be inaccurate by only having two eggs plated with burnt egg scraps from the pan. We had to grabbed another server to redo the scrambled egg order. The cooks redid the order well, however the proportions seemed very inaccurate compared to other IHop locations and cooking eggs ourselves at home. We also ordered a blueberry french toast that was missing blueberries and was hard as a rock. We could not cut through the bread, so we also sent that back to the kitchen as it was inedible. Server handled this appropriately by immediately resolving the food problems. We got the correct blueberry toast that was soft and fresh the second time around. We then got the check and tipped appropriately, and our server stared at the check and asked us an inappropriate question regarding to our final check amount. We responded appropriately to our server and proceeded to leave. We did enjoy the parking availability at this location. We pictured our food orders.

A nice place to dine with kind waiters and waitresses, however, the roof dribbled on my friends and I many times during our breakfast ( despite being moved due to a leaky roof at the other booth ) and there must have been a plate shortage because each time a waiter/waitress saw an empty plate on our table, they would swiftly arrive to steal it from our hungry palms as we were taking the last measely bites of our food.

The service was outstanding!! I was impressed, it was my first time eating IHOP believe it or not. I went with my Children, there was not one single thing that I can complain about. The food was amazing as well as the staff. I’m looking forward to going back. Our server, “Raji” was very nice & accommodating. The food was served hot. However, the sweet tea was “slightly” sweet, and the flavored drinks tasted watered-down. Also, the silverware was a bit spotty.

I went for a late breakfast around 8 am on a Friday. Nothing about this location was terrible, but the quality was sub-par. The staff was very friendly, but I didn’t get a single drink refill.

This was the BEST IHOP we have ever been too! The food was on point! The sausage was was amazing! The staff were some of the most friendliest people I have ever met. The service was the best! I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Apparently when we want to eat good food from IHOP we have to go to Chippewa Street in St Louis!!

I order the chicken and pancakes which is supposed to have 4 pancakes and 4 chicken strips. I was shorted a pancake and my chicken strips weren’t chicken strips. I don’t even know what this is. Get disappointed. This isn’t the first time they’ve done something like this they’ve definitely tried shorting people and pancakes and other items before hoping they wouldn’t notice. I did call the IHOP and they said that they were still 4 chicken strips but just smaller since they were cut in half what a joke.
