My daughter had wanted IHOP for the last week and so we took the time to make a trip in. I was thrilled to see they now offer gluten friendly options and happily ordered the blueberry pancakes. They were fantastic and I had a happy dinner. My son ordered a big breakfast burrito and boy was it big! My daughter ordered pancakes with bacon on the side and she was doing a little happy dance as she ate. Husband had a strawberry waffle and it looked amazing!
Not many people were there but that makes sense when you go on super bowl Sunday. The whole place was clean and open. Food came out in a very reasonable amount of time and our waiter was great! The menu is huge, with tons of options, so it seems like there is something for everyone.
I haven’t been to IHOP in a few years but the prices were reasonable and the gluten friendly options give me reason to not wait too long before our next visit. Very happy with our trip in.

1) Food came out fast and delicious.
2) Our server was Jennifer and she was absolutely amazing! She was helping other servers clean their areas and still helping her tables in a timely manner. LOVE HER!
3) The atmosphere was somewhat quiet. I didn’t like people staring at us but over all great place.
I would definitely recommend people going here to eat!!!

The manager Chris is awesome! Our sever Toma is the best was fast on top of everything and had the best service plus really enjoyed the laughs after having a not so good evening, that turned into a pretty good night thanks to these two! Will be coming back!!

Got sat right away, and our surver Toma was super nice. I have a dairy allergy and she went to go make sure with the cooks about all my questions. We enjoyed our food and the atmosphere around. Tottaly recommended.

Waited almost one hour for food. Nearly walked out. No manager presence in the dining room apologizing for the long ticket times. Waited another ten minutes when asking to speak to a manager. A 20% discount delivered by the server apologizing. Lots of excuses, but no accountability. “Hopefully we do better next time” is not reassuring. There probably won’t be a next time. Felt a lot like we didn’t matter….

I recently visited IHOP with a friend and unfortunately had a very unfortunate experience. We ordered a four-stack of pancakes but were served only a two-stack. When we brought this to the waitress’s attention, her response was less than courteous. The pancakes were cold and lacked flavor, which made the meal even more gross. She was mad when we asked for them to be made again so they were warm. To make matters worse, the cups we were given had noticeable lipstick stains on them, which was off-putting and unsanitary. We were also charged an extra $5, and when we inquired about the charge, the waitress explained that it was the cost of the extra pancakes although we didn’t feel that this even made sense because it was extra money we didn’t need to spend. We felt we were taken advantage of. While we made sure to remain polite, the waitress did not. We normally love to go to IHOP, but please don’t go here. We wont be returning again.

Great food…. when we actually get what we order. We work nights so we always wait until the weekend to get food. The weekend overnight chick is rediculously rude. Hangs up on anyone trying to order or is absolutly rude or at one point said im not doing this and then a man came on the phone. Half our order is always incorrect so i have had my husband start checking before he leaves. He mentioned something they forgot tonight (ny cheesecake pancakes) she handed him blueberry and said thats what you get. No apology for it being rude. She doesnt wear a name tag so i cant even say specificly who it is but she is absoultly terrible at her job. Need to rethink staffing.

Our server was giving top notch service, today! She had drinks to us, immediately. She was always scanning her tables and I swear she could read minds, because as soon as I thought I wanted more coffee- she came to ask if we needed the coffee refilled. Flawless service.

Our waitress Jamie was super sweet, funny, and personable. She warned us ahead of time that the kitchen was backed up, but our food still came out in good time! definitely check out iHop in Sioux Falls for a good meal and great staff !
