My friend and I went to the Brooklyn Center location. Stopped in for breakfast. My first initial experience was strange… I stopped to take a Pic of ghe front as I always do, and a person standing in the doorway- not a patron, was upset because I was taking pics. I’ve never encountered that.
But either way we went in and sat down for breakfast. Our server, Jazzmin was absolutely AMAZING! Super sweet, friendly, cared about our experience and she made the experience worth the trip there. The food was good – no complaints. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I understand why they have a code to get into the restroom…
I highly recommend this location for the service for sure, wasn’t fond of the atmosphere (being weirded out over the pic which didn’t have him or anyone in it), and the food was good.

They have a great manager. However, their crew is slow, the restaurant is dirty and they seem discombobulated. We waited at the front WAY too long to get a seat. Then, when we finally got a seat, it was dirty. The lady laid a napkin on the water that was on the seat and walked away! What the hell!? Then, a woman came and asked us if we were ready to order. We said no. She walked away without offering us any drinks. The manager came over and took our order. Two other ladies delivered our food without a smile, and we never saw them again. The manager came over and brought our bill because I sat my credit card down on the table. They really need to clean up because there was food all over the floor, the windows were dirty, and the entrance has trash all over the lounge area. The food was great. I was extremely happy with my gluten free pancakes but next time I will go to Keys or Embers.

Tried to call in a to go order. Representative was rude. Said they were closed 1.5 hours before posted hours. Then hung up on me. ???? I’ll go somewhere else dont worry and btw good luck with your business. Eye roll.

I ordered take out here twice. The first time they messed up and put the sauces on my pancakes to go so when I was eating them at home, the pancakes were soggy, and I couldn’t taste any of the sauce sauces on the pancakes. The next time I went to order, I called and asked if all the sauces could be put on the side. I get my order, Again The sauces are all on the pancakes. I tried calling three different times. No one will pick up the phone. I’ve been a server for 10 years. It’s common knowledge that you always put sauces on the side. You never put to go food With the sauces on them, it causes the food to be soggy and tasteless. I don’t know whose working here but they need to be retrained. The other Ihops do it right, something is wrong with this one.

This is a very well-run and managed IHOP. My family was there at what seemed like a peak time in the middle of a Saturday morning. The dining area was at capacity, but our wait was less than 10 minutes. The wait staff had great communication with us, and we got seated at a clean table. Many moving parts at the time, and it raised my expectations. We had a Belgian waffle which was excellent, and I was absolutely impressed with the hash browns and egg/bacon sandwich. Their kitchen staff knows what they are doing. They are a busy location for a reason!

Waited about 30 to 40 min for our food. They forgot to make one of the meals at our table, didnt rush it and didn’t even comp it. Plain coffee is 3.99. Food was ok but not worth the price. Could have gotten better breakfast and a bloody at the legion for cheeper. The waitress was very kind so I still tipped but I won’t be back.

Even when this place is crazy busy (which it tends to be) the staff always seems on top of it. I’ve never had a bad experience with my servers here, in fact they are all very friendly and quick! It’s also really hard to beat the thick and fluffy french toast. So so good.

What a surprise! IHOP did not disappoint. I went here with low expectations. Not because it’s IHOP but because it’s in Brooklyn Center, and most businesses seem to be experiencing staffing shortages. The IHOP staff was friendly the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I ordered online, and the food was ready at the exact time stated. Portions were nice. Bacon was cooked to perfection. French toast was extra thick and delicious also. The restaurant was clean. Thanks for a great experience!

Food was good! I had an egg white veggie omelette (no mushroom) and fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, muskmelon, and pineapple) and it was yummy! My 9-year-old had the silver 5 (5 mini pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs) and she loved it! Staff were friendly. Service was quick! Would recommend.
