Food was good, but just wish the food would’ve came out hotter than it was. Service was really great, the waitress was very nice. Hopefully things get better as the months go on.

We waited about 30 minutes to be seated, even though there were empty tables throughout the restaurant. While we were waiting, staff were telling people the wait would be 45 minutes. Once seated, it took roughly 10 minutes just to get coffee. We ordered our food immediately because it already seemed like service was running behind.
After waiting an hour for our meals, our server returned to let us know it would be another 90 minutes due to online orders. At the same time, a table of six that arrived after us had already been served. With only two of us, this was extremely frustrating.
At that point, we chose to leave. Management really needs to step in and better organize the flow between in-house customers and online orders. The lack of coordination was very clear.

do not recommend at all. came in was seated right away, but waited 45 min for food. when the food came it genuinely was a pile of baby boo. a block of hashbrowns and cold eggs not worth $20….. should’ve gone to Dons.

This was our second time here for breakfast. The first time was great. This time we waited over and hour for our food. Order was not correct and the pancakes were awful!! Ran out of coffee. And then the tickets were all mixed up. Other tables were leaving after waiting over an hour. Wish I could leave negative stars

Never in my life have I had such a bad restaurant experience. It took over an hour to receive cold yet burnt food. Service was terrible and the food had no quality control. Would not recommend to anyone who values their time and money.

We went there on January 25th, 2026. We had a family of 8. We were there at 11:00 A.M. We waited about 15 minutes to get seated. The waitress that we had was very nice . She came and took our order. We waited 1hr and 30 minutes before we got our food.,The waitress kept checking on us and telling us about how long our food would be. When we did receive our food it was all cold and not even the right food. I would not recommend eating or wasting my time at this place.

Arrived seated right away. Not real busy only 8-10 tables. Ordered breakfast waited 45 min then was told kitchen was behind then waited 30 more and ended up leaving because a table came in 20 min after us and got there food before us. There were numerous tables unhappy. Online orders were just as bad poor management. Wont be back that’s for sure.

They gave us such a long waiting time of over an hour, that they might as well have just turned us away at the door. Several tables were open. The place was not busy. We were really excited to try Ihop here in town but this is twice now where we have come and walked right back out because of extreme wait times. Won’t be wasting anymore time trying to get in just to be told it would be over an hour just to get a table.

We were seated right away. Got our coffee and water. Ordered our food took about 40 minutes to arrive. Food cool not warm. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said sorry about that. I’ve been to different Ihops before and never had that problem. Obviously the food was ready way before it was served to us. Where we were sitting the music was vary loud.
