The food is great. I loved it, however they essentially “stole” my money. I ordered online, had a computer error, totally not my doing at all. It charged me twice. I explained what happened to management, they took down my name, address, and number. A couple of weeks go by, I call. Manager says “Yes, I remember that, I’ll get out to you.” Nothing ever came, so I haven’t eaten there since.

Quick stop for lunch since we hadn’t heard of this place before. Great heat levels for sure! We love spicy and it didn’t disappoint. We got bowls and really could have split a large one between 2 people. Friendly staff too!

6-25-23. Dash Dash did not deliver. 3 days later manager gave the food amount refund and not the delivery fee of $5.99. Gone thru hell to get refund. I think it is a downright shame that I have had to practically pull teeth to get my refund back. I have again reached out to my credit card company to dispute the difference that I did not receive for my refund. Will NEVER ORDER FROM HOT HEAD BURRITOS AGAIN!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any food establishment. From the beginning it was an upset, after placing my order I get a call that they are out of chicken. I had to substitute for taco meat which is cheaper and I was not returned my difference. The order was placed at 9:00pm for a 9:20pm ready time. I did not arrive until around 9:40pm. I think that gives ample time to complete and double check an order. The kids meal was missing the drink and cookie to which I had to get back out into the cold and slipperry ground to retrieve. Upon getting home and opening my dinner after; a long day at school and work, there is no steak on my steak bowl. Another thing I was charged for but didn’t receive a difference when not received. I also paid for a tortilla to go along with my bowl to which I did not receive either. Upon calling the store to advise them of the errors the rep tells me not to eat my incorrect dinner and return it the following day for them to replace it. I am beyond myself in disbelief from this experience. The callus way as to which my situation was brushed off after being robbed added further injury. This was my first time at a Hot Head Burrito and I am not at all impressed.

I believe the quality of service is just as important as the quality of the food. The food is always good and portion size is good but when you encounter a rude employee, it makes you think twice about returning. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon. If you don’t mind being treated like an inconvenience, you should find this establishment acceptable.

Store says open until 10 pm l, with the open sign on, but I showed up at 8:05pm and the doors were locked, but there were customers inside getting orders and the staff just kept looking at me like I was stupid when I knocked on the door. After the trash food the first 2 times I figured I wouldn’t be back, but why not give it a shot on my way back from work tonight after not eating all day, who knows, maybe it won’t taste like the staff from last week left it in the fridge and served it to me. Well thank you powers that be for looking out for me tonight, food would have probably been trash once again. Never coming back.

This is not only the best Hot Heads Burrito place, it is the best food place. period. If you want good food and some how even greater service stop here. The manager remembers everyone and truly treats you as a friend, and not just because it’s his job. Every time I leave I am happy with quality of food and the friendly, fun service. Plus, the food is just delicious!
