Unfortunately, our experience was bad. In a nearly empty restaurant when we arrived, we waited 35 minutes for two omelets. Our food came out cold, we asked for them to be remade. The second round came out with cold shredded cheese on top, after another 10-15 minutes. We kindly asked to just comp the meal with us only taking a bite. Our server stated the manger would not come out, in which I apologized for her. She said she was ready to walk out, which was understandable. They seemed to have been prioritizing Togo food. The servers were waiting back in the kitchen, which was clearly the main issue and the manager refused to come out. The people dining here and working here deserve better.

Jacob really could not have been better at every part of his job. He’s the kind of person you hope to encounter when going out to eat. The food could have sucked and I still would have left happy, but it’s IHOP and you can’t go wrong with those pancakes. Yum “it’s always the ham..” top notch personality. Thanks for the laughs, Jake!

Absolute worst service. 25 minute wait and we counted 7 open tables. It was only 2 of us, so we decided to sit at the bar. 5 minutes sitting there, we weren’t even given a menu. When I asked for one, the girl behind the bar rolled her eyes and flung them at us. Decided to go somewhere else. You definitely need to try El Sarape West. Great service and great food!

They took 2 ok restaurants and combined them into one horrible one. Won’t be back. Food was barely warm, eggs had uncooked whites, asked for crispy bacon and got floppy. They couldn’t offer unseasoned French fries??

My friend and I went on New Year’s day and had a terrible experience. Our server told us he was hungover and kept forgetting stuff we asked for. When our appetizer came out we were eating the boneless wings and almost finished them and noticed the inside of them were completely raw. The guy behind us heard us talking and mentioned his hamburger came out raw. We had eaten the wings and started to feel sick and couldn’t even eat the main meal. They took off some of the food but charged us for over half the food we didn’t even eat. The bathrooms were also disgusting and uncleaned. No manager to apologize or anything. Never going back!

I love this new IHOP + Applebee’s! The restaurant looks really nice and modern inside, and it’s such a cool idea to have both menus together. We got burgers from Applebee’s and pancakes from IHOP at the same table — best of both worlds. The staff was super friendly! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have no idea what happened here when they merged with Applebees’s… but we went to IHOP to get pancakes and we were EXTREMELY disappointed… the pancakes are so TINY now!! The pancakes are less than half the size they used to be. When she came out with our plates (two tiny little pancakes on a small little 5” plate) I told her “oh no those aren’t ours, we ordered off the adult menu“ thinking they were a children’s meal. Nope. They were ours. Waaaaay overpriced for what you get. NOT the classic IHOP size pancakes anymore. So if you want to pay a lot of money to leave hungry then go ahead and eat here, but we definitely will not be back.
