I stopped in to pick up a pizza for Sunday lunch. The overall experience was quite good. Pizza was fresh and well-made. Overall service was really good polite and pleasant to deal with. One of the better Dominos in the Fox Valley area.

My order today on 1/31/26 was just wrecked. I came into the store ordered a large specialty and some tots. And it took 30 min while other customers who came in after me would order and be served before like they forgot to put my items in the oven or something…. just a bad experience for sure. After eating some though the tots and pizza were good. And im less hungry now.

I order a stuff crust pizza and they said they didn’t have it which was fine but they also said to order something else or they will cancel the order. They didn’t cancel the order and instead gave me something else which I’m pretty sure the stuff crust pizza are charged more then the regular pizzas. I assume they were just going to cancel my order but they didn’t and now I feel like I just got ripped off. I probably won’t be ordering pizza from here for a while now. Oh yeah not only did they make a different pizza they also never notify me that the pizza was even done so the pizza just outside the whole time so now its cold.

We order pick up and delivery and it never disappoints. Everything is fair with toppings and add ins. Always hot and fresh and ready in 30 mins or less. Great customer service during calls, pick ups and deliveries!

If you want a pizza this is definitely the place to order from. The drivers are great and polite, but your order will be wrong 99.9 times out of 100. I recommend using the app, for the least amount of errors. Reading and executing the order is lost on the majority of the employees. It has been well established that most of the employees cannot follow the basic recipes of putting buffalo sauce on Buffalo pizza. Don’t bother talking them, because that will allow the error of listening and following directions. After bring their disfunctional nature to the surface I would never trust them to provide me a safe product.

So I wanted a quick meal after work, ordered a single pizza and cinnamon bites, I ordered at 9pm, and they didn’t leave to deliver it until 1030, i only live about 9 minutes from dominos, I then waited another 20 minutes, as it said it was delivered i went outside to go grab the pizza and it wasnt there, so not only did it take almost 2 whole hours for 1 pizza and a desert, but they also took it to the wrong address.

Domino’s never disappoints! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings just the way I ordered. The crust had the perfect crunch, and the garlic crust seasoning took it to the next level. Delivery was super fast, and the driver was polite and professional. I also love how easy it is to customize my order on the app — and those Parmesan Bread Bites? Addictive. Easily my go-to spot for pizza night. Keep up the great work, Domino’s!

I ordered a large thin crust with 3 toppings and it was so sparse of toppings it was ridiculous . I ordered mushroom, bacon, and hamburger like a bacon burger with mushrooms. It had so little toppings many pieces were just cheese pizza with a mushroom piece in a corner or a tiny piece of hamburger on it and cheese. Some pieces had nothing but cheese, and 5 pieces had regular toppings for a light topping pizza. I never use this Dominos as I live over an hour and a half away and my store I usually go to puts enough toppings gin that you rarely eat a bite with no toppings in the bite. I am dissappoint Ed with this store and won’t be back to get my pizzas here again. I’ll go to the competition where a three topping pizza has all three spread over the entire pizza and not like this. I feel like I had the amount of toppings a personal size pizza gets but sparsely spread out unevenly here and there on my large pizza crust. And I’m not o e to eat cheese pizza without more toppings on it. I don’t care for cheese only pizza much but don’t get an option here except throw 2/3 of it away for not having anything hardly on it. I added 2 pictures and one is showing all spots with only cheese in purple.

Amazing customer service they’re really polite. so far, good job dominos pizza. The pizza I’ll give a 9 out of 10 because it needed a few toppings other than that amazing.
