Ice tea: 7/10, little heavy
Eggs Benedict: crispy muffin, eggs poached perfect with runny yoke, taste, ok, muffins taste like sour dough and little. Meat, folded ham..might be thin, hollandaise sauce, a little bland, but acceptable, i would have liked more..Canadian
Potatoes: cubed, small, medium heat, standard, but everything well prepared
Price: $16.20 plus tip
Ordered: unsweetened tea, classic eggs benedict and crispy potatoes.. They have a choice of hash browns , also.
Overall, very pleasantly surprised and pleased

I don’t know why I keep ending up in this place, but it’s always the same reason — it’s the closest option to our job site, and my boss insists. Every time, I regret it.
This place is a dump.
The food is bad across the board, and the service is even worse. At one point, the waitress actually complained that we were “talking too much,” i had to put her in her place.And remind her who she was talking to…
What really crossed the line was witnessing a conversation between staff and a customer that was openly about acquiring pills — and this was happening on the floor, in full view of other diners, including families. Whatever exactly was being discussed, it was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and had no place in a public restaurant.
The bathrooms smell like raw sewage and clearly haven’t been maintained properly. The entire place feels dirty, neglected, and borderline unsanitary.
This isn’t just bad food and bad service — it’s a place with zero standards. Someone from the city really should take a serious look at what’s going on here.
I won’t be back unless I’m forced to be, and even then, I’ll think twice.

It was clean inside other than the bathrooms (which was pretty gross). The food was below average even from another IHOP. The eggs Benedict was not even that and the burrito was 90% egg. Hashbrowns were unseasoned and ehhh at best. Service was ok. Not good or bad. The bad was that they seated us next to the servers pit area and we could literally hear them gossiping the entire meal. We went here because we don’t have one by us, but now wish we would’ve just went to the Bob Evans next door.

My son and stopped in for lunch when out doing some black Friday shopping. Was able to get a table right away. No wait. Food was really good, we each had a burger and frys, and sodas. 1st time my son has been to Ihop and 1st time I have had a burger from here. We both thought that the burgers where really good and so was the service and we can’t wait to go back and try more burgers.

I got a gift card from my boss and have never been to IHOP before. We were very leary from the reviews and the people I know personally that have gone there. The Miller Road one has a bad reputation, but it is the only one close to us.
I have to say we were very impressed. Our food was ready on time. The place was well designed and very clean and the employees who helped us were very nice. As for our food…fantastic. I got the bacon omelet with crispy potatoes and my husband got the tres leches pancakes. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Ordered a small order at 12:48 PM for two people on 12/25. The pick up time was projected to be 1:15 PM. I ended up waiting over two hours for my meal, and it wasn’t even correct. I ordered Tres Leches pancakes but got original. I was so frustrated at this point I didnt even go back inside and say anything. There wasnt even customer service to back up this blunder. All the employees had awful attitudes and would get snippy if I asked for an update or expressed my frustrations. I wasnt even offered anything to make up for this massive inconvenience. I still had to pay after waiting two hours for the wrong food. I should have been comped or offered a credit on my next visit. There was an employee handing out complimentary drinks to other guests but didnt even offer me one when I was there for the longest. So many people who ordered after me got their food before me. Absolutely ridiculous and awful experience, I wont be back.

This restaurant has went to the dumps. The people that work there seems to have no sense of pride in up keeping the cleanliness of the restaurant. They greet you by asking how many, not the friendly warm welcome that is appropriate for the basic restaurants.
Now I will talk about the food and the presentation of it.
My bacon was burnt the hash browns was overcooked and hard. I asked for shelled eggs and they gave me the other eggs substitute and those were over cooked, I told them I asked for shelled eggs and the manager said that they were the shelled eggs. So I told her I didn’t want those and she took them back and brought me out the correct eggs.
My son’s pancakes were burnt on the bottom.
The waitress seemed very bothered if we asked for anything. Mind you there was only one other family in the restaurant with probably 6 people. She wasn’t walking around cleaning or anything.
The price for this place is of no match for what you receive. Every time we go we are disappointed. I tip anyway because the reputation is that black people don’t tip. Yet we don’t receive the quality service deserving of a tip.
Clean up this place, Top to Bottom. Hire people that take pride in servicing people.

I finally had an opportunity to go to IHOP and I had a mixed experience. The restaurant was clean and the interior was updated and contemporary. We had to wait probably 10 minutes to get seated. The host made sure our table was clean. We were seated next to a large group of teens that were somewhat noisy. The server was kind and extremely friendly. However, the food came out cold. We got rye toast and it was the best toast I’ve had in a long time. I gave a generous tip to the server as she was extremely personable and kind. I would have liked to get a refill on my ☕️ coffee, but the atmosphere was not conducive to sit and enjoy the morning due to the large party of teens. As much as I would like to return to give them a second chance, I don’t think I will be return.
