This chick-fil-A was a very pleasant experience. My wife and I came in for lunch before shopping. We got in line to order food and one of the associates noticed the line building and jumped on a register to help his coworker get the line down. Everyone was very friendly. The establishment was very clean and tidy. The restaurant was nearly full it was hard to find a spot to sit but everyone was happy and smiling enjoying their food.

Do not come to this location! I ordered the chicken tenders and this is what they gave me as a piece. Basically smashed chicken made flat. This is unacceptable. I order this from the crystal city location often and they always put actual tenders, I’ve never had this issue before with chick fila. This location is trying to scam customers. Sad to see chick fila quality taking a hit.

I went into chick-fil-a this morning and when was drinking my iced coffee when I noticed a moth or some kind of bug inside of my drink. I was absolutely appalled to find out I had been drinking from a bug infested drink this entire time. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail in this store is disgusting. I wanted a refund or some sort of compensation, but I was unable to submit any sort of report on their app or website besides “temperature and food quality”. When I called they said the store was independently owned so the store would have to deal with it. The lack of customer care and customer service is so disappointing.

Coffee stirrers! Please include them in the bag when people order curbside. I’ve been here 4 times and I’ve never received one in either order. I will like to stir my creamer in the car. At times the people delivering my food have no idea what I’m talking about (language barriers). Please train employees to include them with coffee orders. It’s something so small, but annoying during morning commutes when ordering coffee.

I order here a lot and every time lately I have been disappointed. They never fill the fries to the top and the food is never hot, or the same quality as other locations. I went to Reston location and Annadale recently and a totally different experience, their food was good and chicken delicious. Not the case here at Seven Corners. I won’t be returning. Management never wants to fix issues.

The service was fast, I should have read where it said no drive thru, it was crowded inside and I definitely didn’t feel like going in. But I ordered through the app and did curbside and it was fast, the order was correct. Keep in mind NO DRIVE THRU HERE but service I received was pretty fast.

This is my neighborhood Chick-fil-a they rarely get my order wrong, are quick and polite. I have had a couple meals delivered to me due to being ill and that process is always smooth. They also have slipped several giftcards in my take out orders! I love this Chick-Fil-A and will see yall next week!

It was our first time ever going to the Seven Corners In-Line location. Unfortunately I received a VERY liquidy milkshake, first time ever from CFA. I requested it be remade, but employee told me it would be just as liquidy again. I said this is not normal, not right. She got the supervisor on duty who put 2 milkshake rewards on my account for future. I asked what was up with the icecream machine as I’d never before received a poor quality CFA milkshake. He said, “We put the machine on cleaning mode in the last 10 minutes we are open & it makes it softer/easier to come out of the machine for cleaning.” The thing is, I ordered online at 9:37pm. So the machine shouldn’t have been in cleaning mode yet… Maybe stop serving milkshakes/icecream once you put your machine into cleaning mode??
Serving subpar quality food is never a good idea. Also, I asked for a disinfectant wipe and cleaned my own table. Multiple tables were not clean both inside and outside, though you had so many employees on duty they were standing around.

I stopped by this Chick-fil-A in Falls Church and had a really good experience! The staff were friendly and fast — even during the lunch rush, everything was super organized and clean. The food came out fresh, hot, and just the way it should be
The restaurant was spotless, tables were wiped down quickly, and the service felt genuinely caring. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do
Definitely one of the better Chick-fil-A locations around Northern Virginia — worth the stop if you’re nearby!
