horrible experience. HAIR IN THE FOOD MIXED INTO THE FOOD. tried multiple times to get our waitress’s attention to be ignored and had to find the manager on our own. just to be offered to have the meal remade – not refund REMADE so what? hair can get in there again? disgusting. horrible management as well and awful service

My server was absolutely fine. He was waiting several tops at the able time. He was pleasant and courteous.
I got the breakfast sandwich which was supposed to be a biscuit with 2 eggs, bacon and cheese with a side of two pancakes. When it came out, the pancakes looked and tasted fine. The sandwich however, didn’t. It looked like it had gravy in it and inquired about that. I was informed that it’s a white cheese sauce. Okay, I’m game. Between the saltiness of the cheese and the eggs weren’t fried hard, it’s taste and texture were very unpleasant. To my server’s credit, once I explained my dissatisfaction, he immediately took it away and removed that from my bill since I only took a couple of bites.
I may try to come back again. There’s enough other stuff on the menu, it makes it easy to try to find something else to sample.

Came in real late and despite that the staff were really friendly. Best part of coming in late is the super speedy service. Great pancakes and a real tasty shake. Thanks for the late evening meal!

I ordered the breakfast sampler which comes with 6 pieces of meat. I ordered 4 bacon 2 ham. My husband ordered the Farmhouse breakfast which also come with 6 pieces of meat, but only 2 of his were bacon. I honestly thought they had given me old bacon when I tasted it because it was hard, chewy and tasteless. So I sent it back. The next batch was the same. Mind you I eat at IHOP regularly, so I realized they had changed the bacon. I bit one piece and had my husband tasted it to confirm. I told the waitress and asked for the manager. The waitress said she would give us a discount so that was fine. I didn’t really look at the bill until after I paid and gave her a 20%, $6.10 tip. When I looked at the bill I realized she had given us both the senior discount, 10%, totaling $3.20 for both meals, which we were already entitled to. I was going to let it go, but it was the principal that they had not credited our meal for the horrible bacon. So of course I asked for the manager. After I explained the situation she takes my card to give me an additional credit, I thought. This, women took a whopping additional $1.40 off of my bill. Now I am pissed she trys to explain that she can only give me one discount. I reminded her I was not asking for a discount but a credit for the disgusting bacon. Mind you, four pieces of bacon on the menu costs $5.79 and two pieces of bacon cost $2.29. Any manager who cares about repeat business would have credited my meal and apologized for my inconvenience, but not this one. I would have been satisfied with the $5.79. Now they have lost a customer. I will take my money to a place that appreciates my patronage! Thank you very much.

Excellent service. I think today there were only two waitresses and a manager, but from what I saw, they worked very well as a team. The manager clearly has a lot of experience; I saw him everywhere. Very good team.

Best ihop I had in years. The staff, the food and customer service 10/10. I’m not from the area, however every time I come to see my doctor I stop by ihop. Dearborn and canton need to be just like this location. Most of all, you all sell grits lol no other location grits taste like ihop grits use to taste if they even serve them at all now. Keep up the great work. The staff work as a team and it’s amazing to see

In this IHOP, the waiters don’t let you enjoy your meal; they’re always pressuring you to leave. I still had my pancakes and was eating my fruit, and she wanted to package my pancakes to go, constantly bothering me. Never mind, I didn’t have coffee and cream. I asked for another glass of water, and it never arrived. Horrible service, when I claim the waiter put me a second receipt to laugh at me, also the waiter make wait to much to pay.

We were here Aug 25th for my daughter’s birthday. No complaints fast friendly service, food was really good. My only complaint is that they didn’t offer a free desert or anything for my daughter but I feel as if all places have eliminated free anything at all restaurants for bdays so probably not their fault. Also, serving sizes (for eggs) were to me, extremely small for an adult dish.
