Very quiet, and very nice! Ruben was very kind and quick with service! He was a bit soft spoken but with how quiet it was inside the building it wasn’t so bad. Food was delicious as always! Ive been here every year for my birthday, and the only thing I wish they did was birthday specials! I’d love a free stack of buttermilk pancakes with ice cream on top . Regardless, 10/10 will always recommend!

We had Diego as our server and he was great. He was so pleasant and attentive and he was the only server working that evening when we came in so he was doing multiple things, but you would never know it because he was on top of our drinks and food and checked on us several times to make sure we were doing okay. Will ask for him moving forward. The food was delicious as well.

Service was incredibly nice! Waitress was very kind and quick to get refills on drinks and make sure we had everything. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Food was amazing and came out very fast!

If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would. This place was amazing. I have gone to several IHOP around different states and never been to any this good. The store was very clean, restrooms was the best I have seen. The food was cooked with care and Presentation. All employees was working hard and super friendly. Our waitress was fast, friendly and came back many times to check on us. She stayed busy even when she wasn’t waiting on her tables. Thank you team for a great job
