The food was good and hot, the kids enjoyed their meals chocolate chip pancakes with hot chocolate and yes it’s the summer, unfortunately, they are short staffed the wait was long and I watched several patrons walk away. Once the servers arrived they were nice. I was missing one item but they packed it to go.

Well when we entered there was no host and we waited for nearly ten minutes before a hostess arrived. The waitress was so so! The food was very good and fresh. I was there with my husband an kids, and the waitress asked would this be on separate checks. My husband and I were like huh! The waitress didn’t bring enough straws and no extra napkins either. Overall experience was good, but the food was great.

Didn’t deliver food to my table all at one time. Had to constantly ask for items that I ordered. What I wanted came last. Compliments to the cook. The food was great. I’ll try again one day.

We came in and were told that there would be a 25 minute wait, but half the restaurant was empty since only 2 servers were waiting tables. After we sat down it took 10 minutes to place a drink order and our waitress was very impatient and downright uninviting. The food took forever to come out, which we were told was due to a rush of mobile orders. Why would you prioritize mobile orders over actual guests? Flash forward to getting the food and it was cold and tasteless. No refills until we got the check, but by that time why even bother.

Very few patrons in the establishment, yet tables were not bussed. We had to use plastic silverware as there were no clean utensils. It took far too long to be waited on for a practically empty dining room. Had to grab syrup from another table as none was supplied. The food was good and the waitress was polite. She did her best despite the lack of a supporting crew. I’ve enjoyed IHOP in the past, but this experience was not pleasurable at all. I’ll seek out another location in the future.

We had a great breakfast. They have new menus and I couldn’t quite but I was just able to tell the nice waitress what I wanted and she figured out what would be best on the menu. I like that they put a carafe of coffee on the table for your own use.

The food was ok. What we received looked quite different than the picture in the menu. We got the breakfast crepes and the lemon blueberry ricotta ones. The filling in the breakfast ones was overcooked (eggs and bacon), and so was the crepe. The lemon blueberry ricotta ones were delicious.

Outstanding wait staff service, they really know how to make their customers happy. Kitchen staff communications well with wait staff to get the order correct. The best breakfast that we have had this month! Keep up your great works!
