I tried the new breakfast crepes and a side of broccoli. The broccoli was good. The crepes are flattened pancakes (as if it had no rising agent), it barely had any white cheese sauce, the bacon was too crunchy as if it were the rind, and it wasn’t nicely rolled. In my opinion, this dish is better separate (pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns). I will not order it again.

We have traditionally really liked the Boardman, OH iHop but tonight (4/4/23) we had a very short bad experience. We walked in and were waiting to be seated but that is as far as the experience went. We waited several and were completely ignored by the 3 visible waitresses. No one spoke to us even just to say “hi, well be with you in a minute” they just kept talking to each other at the drinks area as though we did not exist. After several minutes of this we left since and went to one of the restaurants down the street. While I completely understand that people can be busy or focused on doing something it is only polite to greet a potential customer when they enter your restaurant.

Scoobie, the cook, is the absolute bomb. My sister and I came in after 2 terrible days at the hospital, to get some food. He put his left toe, and his elbow in the meals we had. Meaning, our food was the best. Thank you to the server, Janice, was so patient with us. Thanks iHop for a grand experience. I have never seen my sissy eat a full meal or not complain. See ya soon

Flys everywhere. Ordered food and it didn’t come with items in the description. Was told they didn’t know how to make a pumpkin spice cold brew, told there wasn’t ice however I received ice water but none in the cold brew when they brought out their best attempt which after 1 sip, it wasn’t something that could be drank. Whole place was empty and I can tell why now. There’s a Perkins a bob Evans, hell I’d rather have just gone to Giant eagle and cooked vs coming here. Avoid at all costs.

Food was extremely small portions. They gave my son what appeared to be a kids meal but swore it was an adult meal. $10 for 4 tiny chicken fingers (menu says 5). Server had the personality of a gnat. Very pushy no personality never said thank you or checked on us. Never got refills. We won’t be back.

I took my son for his birthday and 1. It took forever for our food to come; 2. There was a piece of meat in our vegan omelet (we don’t eat beef nor pork); 3. And the turkey bacon was burned to a crisp. It was horrible. I’m not sure if they are under new management, but a change needs to be made. It wasn’t like this in the past. Then my son, daughter and God daughter went back 3 weeks later (last Sunday) and had to wait and hour and a half for their food. Service was ridiculously slow and it wasn’t crowded. Yes, training or new management needs to happen because this store’s service is really bad.

My daughter,2 grandchildren and myself went to IHOP in boardman to get dinner. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. There was only 4 other tables with people there. We was getting ready to walk out and out food came. Our pancakes was so cold butter on top wouldn’t melt,hash brown were so hard we had a hard time cutting them to eat, eggs were cold and sausage was burnt!! Was the worst food I ever ate there!! people at the booth behind us had the same issue. When we told them about our food(booth behind us as well) the so called manager came out. She said there is nothing wrong with this food I Made it personally. Then walked away! For a meal that was $70.00 and change, we should have had a meal that was edible it’s a shame that’s how a manager handles the customers extremely disappointed such a waste of money. Won’t be going back would love to have a corporate phone number! This was totally unacceptable

By far the worst dine in experience of my life. They were not busy at all! We waited 33 minutes before our waitress came to the table then she took our food and drink order. Our drinks didn’t come out for an other 31 minutes then our food two minutes after that. The milk shakes were just ice cream scooped into a cup. The cheesecake pancakes had not cheesecake in them AT ALL. My all steak omelette was nasty. The meat was hard and gross the egg part was cold and the peppers and pions were hard! The kids happy face pancake was burnt and her eggs were ice cold. My husbands food was cold and nasty as was my other child’s! We will never ever go here again! Just horrible !
