Whoever has been managing this location for the past year or so has been absolutely killing it. IHOP used to be a 50/50 shot if everything would be good, but you guys have been nailing it time after time! and holy heck are the crumb cake pancakes phenomenal

Paula was an amazing server! She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. Our food came out quickly and she kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. This is the best IHOP in the city. It’s clean, the service is fast, and the manager and waitresses are outstanding, always attentive to make sure everything runs smoothly. Cristina and Karina, in particular, provide exceptional service. I’ve been to other IHOPs, but none compare to this one. I definitely prefer driving more, but I know it will be worth it.

This was one of the best experiences I could’ve asked for! We came in with a big group of people without a reservation and they adapted very swiftly. The restaurant was very clean and neat and the service was amazing. Our server Tammy was a sweet and passionate person who deserves the world. Everyone was very friendly and sweet to our large group. The food was exceptional for IHop quality. I really encourage people to stop here and enjoy great service and food.

I visited IHOP and my experience was excellent. The food was delicious, very well prepared, and full of flavor. The restaurant was spotless and well organized. The service was 10 out of 10: the staff was very friendly and the food arrived really fast.
On top of that, the waitress who served us was very charismatic and attentive the entire time, which made the experience even better.
Without a doubt, it’s a place I will return to and highly recommend.

We’ve been coming to Ihop on Sawmill for a long time and are never disappointed. The service is always great and the food always tastes so good. On our most recent visit, we were served by Brittney M and she gave us the best service we’ve ever gotten here by far. We hope to have her again next time we come back.
