Stopped here after church we were seated really quickly our waiter I believe his name was Aniston (young kid) I’m not sure but very nice young man he greeted us right away took our orders immediately the food was really delicious and the service was overall great. This is the first time I’ve been here and after reading all the negative reviews that kept me from visiting I can definitely say I will be going back. The inside was very clean, smelled fresh, the food was delicious, hot, and everything was great, worth the visit. Note to self don’t believe the negative reviews until you visit an establishment on your own.
Side note: at one point there were 2 tables calling the waiter for things such as hot sauce or extra napkins and he addressed everyone separately, multi-tasked effectively and got everyone what they needed without an attitude, it was very nice to see.

When every other business was closed because of snow IHop was open for pick-up only, however we were traveling, and the kitchen staff made our stop amazing by hooking us up with a table and plates of food. This kind of flexibility is so rare today. Great job to the kitchen staff here!

Ill start out by saying, I know its IHOP, so the bar for expectations is already pretty low. The establishment is what it is, and usually I’ve visited and left relatively satisfied. However our recent visit was the one that will be the last. The food was as it usually is….decent.
Its pretty tough to screw up simple breakfast food. But it was the service that was unacceptable. The server never once made the effort to refill our drinks…and we ordered the endless pancakes with one of our meals, which they bring two at a time. well when it takes more than 15 min to get another 2 pancakes, you can hardly call it endless pancakes….might wanna change the name to eventual pancakes. needless to say we got a total of 4 pancakes.
So listen to all of the other reviews that critique the service….they are correct. There are other breakfast establishments in the area….some of them local. I highly recommend skipping IHOPs next time. (International House of Poor Service)
UPDATE: While I appreciate the response, All of your responses are canned and it seems as little is being done about the poor service. Perhaps offering an offline conversation would be more beneficial to your company and those who have had a poor experience.

I really thought that this time would be different, we have not been to this location in several years because every time we show up, everything is horrible. When we got in today, they were mopping all of the floors at 7:30, including the bathrooms and my son could not even get into the bathroom because they were buffing the floors. Our server was super friendly and nice, She was patient and waited for our fourth party member so that we could order. Once we ordered, she came back out and asked us to fill out a survey and she could give us free pancakes. We assumed that meant the pancakes we already ordered. We were wrong. She also said the survey/review for Google is already at five stars so you can go ahead and just push Submit. My mom and I each submitted a review and waited for our food. Three of our four orders came out incorrect nothing super crazy but just not what we ordered exactly. She fixed our order and then also brought out two short stacks of pancakes additionally, so we asked for boxes because there was no way we could eat all of these pancakes since we had each ordered pancakes. None of our dishes were cleaned up off of our table while we were eating, nobody picked up the coffee, pitcher that we did not use, which I’m sure will be used for the next family, even though we sat there and talked over the open coffee container with all of our germs… And we had to ask a separate server to pick up the dishes so we could actually have room to sit and eat our food. After that, we asked for our bill and even though she did give us two free stacks of pancakes that we didn’t exactly want we were charged for onions in my hashbrowns that I did not get and charged for a full stack when my mom only got a short stack. She very quickly fix this problem as well unfortunately it does not seem like anything has changed with the new Management we probably won’t be back anytime soon. See you in a couple years.

Dined in with my girls this morning and was served by Bryan B. He’s amazing!! One of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time. He was super attentive and quick. He paid close attention to us and accommodated everything we needed. He had a great personality and made the entire experience memorable. We loved him so much! He deserves a raise! Give that man a bonus cause he earned it!!! Every server should be like Bryan! He’s a 10 out of 10! Whenever I come back, I hope to always get Bryan!! He’s an absolutely lovely person!! Great experience.

Build your own omelet great presentation, tastes great, everything as requested except spinach not included. No problem removed from the bill. Server extremely attentive and gave outstanding hospitality. I would recommend people to come eat here anyway. Facility extremely clean. Smells good. Hostess greeting customers as arrive and depart. Clean tables as well. Thank you for your service. I had a taste for an omelet and glad I came here to eat..

We visited IHOP recently, and while the pancakes were still the best they are still fluffy and delicious as always, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We ordered the Pineapple Lemonade Splasher expecting it to come with strawberry and pineapple chunks as shown on the menu, but it was served without any toppings. When we asked the server, he said they didn’t have them and that they usually don’t include them, which was confusing because my husband ordered a Strawberry Lemonade, and it came with strawberry chunks. Service was not great either; it took a long time and the server didn’t really pay attention to what was requested. As for the food, the T-bone steak was very tough that you could chew it until tomorrow (it fights back as you slice them) and the strawberries didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing since IHOP features them in so many dishes. Overall, while the pancakes remain a highlight, the service and quality of some items fell short of expectations.

the staff here suck, plain and simple. its the only ihop closest to me and i work 3rd shift, just trying to get breakfast on my one day off, walked and immediately was told no seating bc “they were cleaning the grill top” while there were already people seated. wasnt even told in a nice way, woman called out from across the way saying “well basically” and sent us away. wouldve been fine waiting for grill to be cleaned, i know how long it takes to clean a grill top and does not justify sending away people who want to be seated. the staff here picks and chooses who they want to seat and i dont recommend anyone come here while they continue to hire staff that acts like this, not professional.
