Wow, what a night it is—Halloween, October 31st, 2025! Can you believe only one girl, Brianna, is running the entire waitressing floor and register all by herself? The regular staff simply didn’t show up! Poor thing… But despite the odds, with a swarm of customers and limited support, Brianna shone brightly with her determination and charm. The food from the chef was nothing short of fantastic! It’s incredible to see someone so committed on a challenging night—it deserves recognition. If this company doesn’t reward such dedication, it risks overlooking the hard work that truly makes a difference. Brianna was all about making it happen, laser-focused on giving the best service possible. She and the chef definitely deserve a whopping 10 nova stars each, not to mention a substantial raise. They truly earned it! Thank you!

Bee was our waitress and service was awesome! she explained everything we asked about on the menu with great detail and was super friendly! She smiled the whole time and got us plenty of napkins and was on top of it with the soda refills! food was piping hot and fresh as well! Will definitely be back! 10/10!

Everything was great about this restaurant. It was very clean except for the restrooms which need to be totally re-done. The interior could use a nice makeover to give it that sparkle again. The food was delicious and came out nice and hot. The service was great and we were checked on several times during the meal to ensure we had everything we needed. The menu options are pretty generic as they meet IHOP’s Corporate requirements. I would eat here again but suggest that someone do a very deep cleaning of the men’s room. I’m sure the women’s room is the same.

Our server was fantastic. The food was good, but I ate too much. The coffee was awesome, and I got a cup to go! I didn’t like where the hostess sat us. It was right by the kitchen door and the man bussing the tables was rolling through there like he was at the derby.

This was probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Arrived at 11:30AM on a Sunday morning. It’s busy. That’s fine. Understandable with how long it took to park. We walk in, and I expect the person behind the counter to at least acknowledge us. Nope. Doesn’t happen. She instead has an attitude with every customer and resorts to saying “who was here first” letting us figure it out ourselves. We are finally added to a “list” to be seated. Great. I get it. It’s busy. When we are called we are led to our table albeit begrudgingly by our server who slaps our utensils on the table and walks away. Guess we’re sitting here? What proceeded over the next hour was a cautionary tale of poor service, a terrible attitude toward guests, and food that is no where near any ihop I’ve ever been to. The pancakes were crunchy. Meat on the sampler was dry and lukewarm like it had been sitting. I had to ask for 3 different sets of silverware due to cleanliness and apparent food particles when given a different set. How this place manages to pass a health inspection is beyond me.

Service: Even worse
Atmosphere: people walking on eggshells trying not to annoy an obviously undertrained staff

Took the family there on Thanksgiving. It seemed sufficiently staffed and they were steady. Service was great and the food came out in a reasonable time. Jennifer was our waitress and she did a great job. She gave us this nice Thanksgiving card too.

I hate giving places bad reviews but I feel like it’s necessary. I used to come here a lot when I lived closer but it’s gone downhill over the years. The current 3.8 stars is VERY generous.
This place is a joke and I’m actually surprised they are even able to keep the doors open. Will NOT be back. Service was very slow, it took a while for anyone to even acknowledge we were sitting there and the person that did wasnt even our server. The kitchen was slow and they weren’t even that busy. Maybe 10 tables or so and most already had food. Food was ok. The steak tasted funny. The bathrooms should be quarantined. They smell awful but somehow they have checkmarks they are cleaned off. Get this place a massive overhaul, cleaning and replace some staff and management.

Didn’t realize that when I ordered my lunch from DoorDash this morning, that the strawberrry cheesecake waffle would come with only 1 whole strawberry (divided into 1/4s), and a very tiny bit of whip cream. Very disappointed and very sad.

The wait was ridiculous, but our party decided to endure. However, the experience only worsened. The food was cold, perhaps it was the the party of 7 that caused food to be cold, but the waitress never checked… Our waitress was not attentive and only checked on us once. This wasn’t good because I had hair in my eggs. As we sat waiting the waitress claimed to be in the restroom. I asked another server to help getting our non existent waitress back to the table and she never showed up. I went to the back and there’s our waitress in the back talking to one of her coworkers, instead of waiting on her customers are making sure they are situated. After the second attempt of trying to get her attention, the manager came out.And I brought the manager to our table. Showed her the hair that was in the food and told her about the terrible service that we had experienced. She acted as if she didn’t know what she could do to help the situation. After what seemed to be hours upon hours of waiting, she came back to the table to let us know that the best she could do was fifteen percent off of our total… This is completely unacceptable for all the things that transpired.
