Food was not good this time . The Lo Mein was very soggy and mushy and the rice was also almost to the point of being mushy. Then one of my crab rangoon’s didn’t even have the filling in it to make it a crab rangoon. I don’t know, I just feel like the quality of Hy-Chi has really gone down hill lately.
