Lindsey our server was great! Food was great! Would’ve taken a pic but my husband & I stuffed our faces so fast it was gone before we knew it. Everything was clean & organized. When she wasn’t tending to tables, she was busy stocking things or wiping things down etc. We’ll definitely be back!

We stopped in quite early in the morning, it was quiet in the restaurant. The server was very friendly, she made recommendations about the menu and deals. She had great knowledge of the local area. The food was fantastic, coffee was great. We wanted for nothing. Thank you IHOP Maryville, see you next time forsure.

Me and two of my buddies stopped in at about 9:00pm and the place was not busy at all, we walk in and have to stand at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even talks to us then we get seated and had to wait another 15 minutes just to get our drinks and they take our food order. Our waitress was amazing but one of the other works seemed off and was very stress and taking it out on the workers. We waited for our food for 40 minutes before we waved our waitress over and she told us our food was just now starting to get made and we told we had places to be and she was completely understanding and we left. Basically spent an hour in a restaurant and didn’t even get our food.

I recently dined at IHOP and ordered the Chicken Fajitas and the Spinach Mushroom Fajitas, and both were fantastic! The Chicken Fajitas were flavorful, with tender, well-seasoned chicken and a great mix of veggies. The Spinach Mushroom Fajitas were equally impressive—packed with fresh spinach and mushrooms, they were a delicious and healthy option. The flavors were spot on, and the portion sizes were generous. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend trying these fajitas if you’re looking for something tasty and satisfying at IHOP!

I placed a to-go order of a fresh berry crepes combo with a side of strawberry syrup and my husband got an omelet combo with tres leches pancakes and a side of traditional syrup.
I got there at the time the estimated pick-up time was and waited about 5 minutes more until my order was ready (no big deal).
I came home and our boxes didn’t have lids, they were wrapped in Saran Wrap.
My crepes had nothing on them, they were plain. My husband’s pancakes were plain. We got 2 sides of traditional syrup and no strawberry syrup and when I started eating my food, I noticed it was not hot or even warm. I only live a few minutes away from this IHOP location so I knew there was no way the food could’ve gotten that cool that quickly.
I submitted an official complaint in their website and am hoping to get at least a partial refund for the specialty items that I ordered and paid extra for that I did not receive.

Our server “Tina” was amazing! She was quick to greet us, she was knowledgeable, cheerful and patient. I always order the same 2 items either ham, egg and cheese melt or corned beef hash (which has disappeared from the menu) please bring it back IHOP! The egg sandwich switched from scrambled to over medium suddenly! No thank you! Please offer a choice of egg on the menu so the customer is aware that you have changed a traditional sandwich! I had to request scrambled eggs on the side to switch it out. I stopped a server walking by to ask my server to stop at our table. Exceptional team work Tiffany was able to let our server Tina know about the eggs and they were out in a minute. I was highly impressed at the great attitudes and teamwork. It reflected in our 50% tip to our server. Everyone from host to server to cooks did a great job. The menu needs a little tweaking. Overall I was happy with our visit.

This IHOP is hands down one of the best restaurants in Maryville, Tn. Among one of the servers is an exceptional young lady named Tasha. If her smile and service don’t brighten up your day her attitude will. Don’t miss out great breakfast and service!!!

An overseas visitor of mine asked for a latte. Unfortunately, IHOP doesn’t have them. Tye waitress was nice enough to attempt a modified version of one for her though. She could have just said no but she went the extra mile and it’s very much appreciated.

The customer service didn’t even reach the bare minimum. First impression of the waitress was that she did not seem like she wanted to be there. She didn’t introduce herself or say hello. After I paid she gave me the receipt and walked away without communicating anything. The food wasn’t good. The meat tasted old. I was very disappointed with this experience especially since it was my first time at this location.
