Just walked out of this place. After listening to the hostess/waitress/whatever complain for 5 minutes before even greeting me. I was seated. Hatefully. Ordered coffee and cream. Eventually got coffee. Asked for cream. “Oh yea” but never got it. Was asked if I was ready to order. Uhhh no. I need a menu. People then walked in the front door. They were told it would be at least 10 minutes to seat them because she was so busy. Now mind you, the place was very very far from busy. I got up and left. I also advised the nice people that were patiently waiting to do the same. I don’t get it. I ate there a couple nights in a row week before last and it was fine. But tonight’s hostess/ waitress/ customer service representative wasn’t there. I’m currently sitting at Waffle House having good food and great service.

The food here was very good and cooked to order. Melissa or waitress did a very good job. Not sure why people give this place with 3.8 unless they expect to have Prime Steak and caviar. It’s an ihop. You get choice of pancakes waffles different combinations whatever you want. Try the chicken fried steak it’s really good

I am not sure what this is but it doesn’t seem like it should be there. Maybe it is time to revamp this building. Are there no rules, regulations and standards for IHop? Whoever owns this location needs to fix this. The location and the esthetics of the place doesn’t say much about the owner.

My friend and I came here for the first time and everything was spectacular! The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming. Candy waited on us and was so sweet and provided wonderful service! The food was delicious and we cleaned our plates leaving not a single crumb. Overall an amazing experience, we will definitely be coming back very often!

The order was messed up, refills were wrong drinks. Anything but your usual drink for a refill was an upcharge for each refill of 3.99 so we had $12 in refill charges on chocolate milk. Don’t get the T-bone steak and egg, the T-bone is extremely thin and tough. We ordered the endless pancakes yet never had extra pancakes brought to our table. 7 people at our table was $148 and our kids didn’t get full. I’m just gonna stop there. Don’t feel like typing the rest of it. Honestly, next time we want breakfast for dinner, we’ll make the extra hour drive to Denny’s. The gas difference would make up for the price difference and the service/food is much better. Quality just isn’t what it use to be.

My Chicken for my waffles was burnt black. When I saw it, I told waitress that I didnt want it. She said it was new grease and to try it. I did and it was burnt. I cant believe it was even sent out. My husband who will eat anything even said he wouldnt have ate it either. After sending it back. I was afraid to get anything else. Never know what happens to your replacement food in the kitchen. Probably nothing. But thats just me. Everyone elses food was Great and they shared with me. We will still go back. This was only our first bad experience. We have been there several times. But it seems like there prices have been significant increased.

The service was excellent. The food was delightful, the cooks were fast and efficient. My server, Misty, was very kind, respectful and quick to help with any needs. The world needs more like her. As a former IHOP employee and crew chief myself, I can say with confidence that Misty not only meets the standard; she exceeds it.

We come here frequently. All of the servers are very efficient. And friendly. We once were witness to a customer who was trying to scam the restaurant. She called the server some very offensive things. The server and the staff handled the situation very professionally. They did not make a scene or interrupt the other diners. Tiana was respectful to the person. We will always come back. We always request Melissa’s section. Love it here.
