I have tried this IHOP in the past 3 years several many different times, it is the closest one to my house. It doesn’t matter if it’s been done in , order online delivery , pick up. What time of the day it just really does not matter this IHOP fails to meet the standard of any other IHOP … Definitely this will be the last time I’ll ever try anything more from this restaurant again I’ll either go to Mount Juliet or Rivergate, if I’m going to have an IHOP. You have this new seasonal pancake that’s supposed to have like make a Cinnamon streusel type of thing that was supposed to have cream cheese on it and all kinds of stuff about of cinnamon in the middle of the pancake. The food was cold and chewy, they deliver a driver took less than 5 minutes 5 minutes to get it here so definitely not an issue to deal with that either.

Wow ! This place is one of the worst places to eat at . The plates and glasses were questionably clean . Macand cheese had an old powdered cheese taste . Like it’s been sitting on the shelf for a long while . The milk shacks we ordered were really runny and lacking any flavor . The tbone I ordered was like trying to chew on leather . Save your money and find a better breakfast restaurant . The waitress lacked any kind of humor or personality . Not worth the one star I gave them . Corporate needs to check out their restaurant and health department maybe need a detailed visit .

Went at 4 pm in the afternoon today thinking it would be a quick meal per our previous ihop experiences. A total of 3 tables were seated including us to order and 1 was already done eating. Our table was sticky to start. I asked for something to clean it, the server seemed annoyed but I figured it was because it was missed by someone else. The floors were dirty and I figured maybe they just finished with a rush. I asked if they just finished a rush and she stated that she just got there and didn’t know. The previous staff left her a mess. 30 minutes later after placing our order we were told they were out of country fried steak. So we asked for sunny side up eggs and ham to hurry the order up. We asked for hash browns too. The server said ok, since we didn’t want pancakes she added another egg for us. I ordered the avocado bacon eggs Benedict and my husband ordered the seafood platter. Almost 50 minutes of total waiting we asked about our order. We were told there was a large to go order that they just finished and ours was next. This would have been nice to know when we sat down in a very empty restaurant that the wait was long. When my husband’s food came out a minute or 2 later, the fries were excessively salty and then he was told there was no tarter sauce and the ketchup was empty with the exception of 1 squirt. Then my son’s meal came out almost after my husband was done eating and his 2 eggs were sunny side up but the whites were runny and the other egg was over easy. No hash browns. So we asked where the hash browns were, and we were told they were extra. We would have gladly added them on if we were told they didn’t come with. Then my bacon avocado Benedict came out as a bacon avocado burger. The sever never asked how the meal was, the manager when I asked about a charge I didn’t understand never walked me through what I was concerned about and seemed bothered to even come out and talk to me. We didn’t bother saying anything was wrong or send anything back. We have a four drive ahead of us and can’t wait another hour and didn’t think they even cared. In my opinion the previous staff didn’t do a good job of fulfilling the side work they didn’t set the next shift up for success and management can’t be bothered. This is only the second review I’ve ever written but it seems in line with all the other reviews we read while we waited almost an hour.

Nessa (spl) was excellent! She was quick and had everything accurately ordered, and she gave us fresh cups of coffee to go! Great waitress! Especially Great because we watched her not only be the waitress of a huge section alone, but she also sat people, bussed her own tables, and did extra for each table.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The staff seemed unwilling to help, and the cashier/host was very rude. We were a group of five, including a baby who could stay in a baby chair, yet they asked me the same questions several times and kept us waiting for a long time.
What was most disappointing is that the place was not busy at all, there were very few customers, and still we were never given a table. On top of that, most of the tables were dirty.
They definitely need to improve customer service and organization, as it greatly affects the overall experience.

My family came in the other night and was shocked at how excellent the customer service was. Our server was D she was phenomenal and right on time with everything. Also on the floor was another waitress, and we didn’t get her name but she was excellent as well. They basically covered the entire restaurant flawlessly. From greeting guests and acknowledging them as they came in, to being patient with the language barriers of others this crew was impressive. Our food was hot and came out timely, never had to ask for refills. They were beyond excellent and we’ll now skip our closest location and return to this one.

We walked in before a few gentlemen. There were already people seated. When we were seated the server helped the gentleman who came in after us. The hostess had to come take our drink order. After several minutes the hostess had to come back to take our food order as our server was bringing food to the gentleman who were seated after us. I asked the other couple across from us if they had received their food and they said no. They were seated at the same time as another couple and still hadn’t been served. They waited another 5-10 minutes and just gave up and left. Another couple came in after this and were seated and order placed but no food. They asked the hostess when they were going to get their food as they needed to go to church. I stated that I and my two children (13 and 2) were also still waiting for food. The hostess went and brought us our food. The food was good albeit slightly cold. Then after eating and a trip to change a diaper and back to the table we waited another 10 minutes for our check. But our server never came to our table. I also gave up and went to the front and another server asked me if I needed help. I told her we were still waiting for our check. Finally, the woman who was SUPPOSED to be our server came with the check. Typically I tip. Even if service is bad I typically try to tip no less than $5. But this woman received no tip this time. A few other parties had left that day who were never seated. This cannot be considered good customer service.

Teresa greeted us with a huge smile, my American dream has always been to eat pancakes with lots of syrup like in the movies I grew up watching.
Sai is obsessed with trying hamburgers (I have to take him to Bucaramanga, the city of hamburgers in Colombia) and he ordered a hamburger with jalapeños haha
I am one of those who believe that pancakes are for any time and not just for breakfast, I was ready and determined to try pancakes.
Then I told myself that I wanted the full combo ✨ Eggs with bacon and the famous Hashbrown, which I once prepared in international cooking classes and that I discovered through Harry Styles’ song
I think it was because of my pronunciation of sausage, Teresa discovered that I speak Spanish and when I was ordering glasses of water she said “dos?” Literally from there I couldn’t stop smiling.
In the end I followed Teresa’s recommendation and tried the pancakes with vanilla and caramel.
In general everything was super delicious.
Maybe I’m not used to this type of chocolate but Sai’s strawberry milkshake was suuuuper delicious and obviously super sweet haha

I used to come here all the time & had enjoyed every visit.
This was the first real meal I’ve had in a week as I’ve been at home post surgery. The air is broken so it’s super humid with no ventilation. I ordered the split decision. Didn’t get my pancakes with it. Also didn’t get anything to drink. The waitress was busy running around which I understand, as she was sitting her own tables.. I’m in the restaurant business. If you sit your customers make sure you have the time to actually Serve them while doing so. Don’t bombard yourself with tables and forget about other tables you have!! Food was excellent service was nice but horrible. When getting the check, I said I didn’t want the coffee, take it off 2 times & the pancakes to go. She came with the coffee in hand. And still had to wait for the pancakes I originally didn’t get. Which tells me she wasn’t even listening when I was explaining what I wanted.
