This is my go-to location for IHOP and it’s simply the best. I usually order delivery and the food presentation and quality is top tier, I always get exactly what I ordered. The chefs are superb, I’ve never had a bad experience, I usually order the same munchies every time and each time I can tell they care. Without asking they usually provide extra napkins, condiments and the food has a sticker on it so I know no one opened it. If you want take out that’s just as good as in the restaurant here is the spot. * eggs Benedict, buttered toast and a fajita omelette pictures enclosed

We were traveling and stopped here for breakfast. Food was fresh, prepared exactly as ordered, great presentation and with large portions and our order came quickly. This is my second IHop that I have visited this month in different locations and both have been consistently good.
When we entered we were greeted with a friendly host and we were seated right away. Typical atmosphere style from other IHops. Clean and well organized staff. Our server came to us right away and when we were ready after bringing our drinks he then took our order.
We ordered a steak omelette with fruit and a chicken fajita omelette with pancakes. Food was amazing, and their pancakes were awesome. Very reasonably priced and we were in and out quickly to continue our travels.

I recognize that I placed a togo order on New Years day (mid afternoon), and they were extremely busy (unexpected for the time). Because of this, I arrived to pick it up 20 minutes after ordering rather than the estimated 15, because i thought it may take longer than usual. I waited for about 10 minutes after getting there for them to bring me my order and then when I got home to eat, ot was all cold. To make matters worse, there were no dipping sauces provided for my cinnamon dippers dessert. I want to give grace because it was a holiday, but everyone working (including the manager) just appeared stressed, overwhelmed and just ready for it to all be over. No one was rude, but no one appeared to be happy to be working either.The energy coupled with the cold food left a pretty rough impression for my first visit to this location. Ill give them another shot in the future, but my expectations will be lower than they were today.

On February 29, 2024, I ordered the Two for Two Breakfast and the Steak, Egg, with Pancakes. The steak was so tender, cooked just right and seasoned so good that it made me want another one but I was already at home so I went into my freezer and took some out and cooked them. I tell you everything was so good. I love my pecan syrup, my pancakes, and eggs were fluffy and delicious. My sausage was cooked completely along with my bacon. Now, my ham pieces could have been larger but you pay for what you get when you get a combo.
But, altogether I give my food 5 stars, the person coming to my car 5 stars but I had to wait when I got there and it took them to long to pick up the phone.l that’s why I gave them 4 stars overall. I had called several times and no one answered plus it was past my pick up time. However, they did finally pick up and the condiments I requested were in my bag. Therefore, I give them 5 stars for getting my order correct and my food.

We went to IHOP today. They have brought crepes back. Everything was fantastic, the appetizer was perfection, the portions were generous. I was quite impressed by their lemonade tea! The server was attentive and the place was as clean as you could expect during a huge Saturday afternoon rush.
My only complaint about the whole experience is they have the world’s most annoying front door. It slams anytime anyone goes in or out. They are clearly very popular and an excellent eatery…they should absolutely invest in a couple of hydraulic door stoppers.

It’s my birthday month! And in this month, I try to go to some of my favorite places that I haven’t had a chance to patronize. IHOP is one of them. There are not many remaining locations, so this was a treat, one that did not disappoint. The food was great, presentation and taste. And portions were huge. Enjoyable treat indeed.

Been years since we’d been to an IHOP, but their seasonal fall menu intrigued us and so we tried out this one. Could not have been more pleased! Very friendly and helpful staff, and a bright, airy place perfect for brunch. Was busy at noon on a Saturday, but we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a table for two. Can get a bit loud for those who are easily overstimulated.
Ordered cold brew coffee with pumpkin foam, caramel apple butter milkshake, maple pumpkin cheesecake pancakes with a side of hashbrowns, and a frued chicken biscuit sandwich w/ fries. All were fantastic. Could really taste the apple in the milkshake. Maple and cream cheese icing overwhelmed the pumpkin in the pancakes, but that’s not a horrible problem to have! Could have used a bit more gravy on the biscuit sandwich; was applied like mayo on a burger, and I like my biscuits swamped. Will certainly be back!

Ordered through DoorDash, but had to call to ask for extra hollandaise sauce. Was told I would have to pay for it, to which I agreed, and then she replied that she would “throw it in the bag.” I asked the DD driver to double check the order and of course it wasn’t in there. I then called the manager who told me that I didn’t want to pay for it when I spoke with the previous person! At that point I mentioned that I actually didn’t not receive the extra sauce that I had ordered with a previous order a couple of weeks ago. She asked me if I had reported it then and I said no, I did not. She then told me once again that I had to pay for it and I said yes. I told her that I could not believe that she wanted to quibble over it and that I would write this review, but she basically said that she didn’t care. So here it is. I hope the corporate office reads this. Anyone with any business sense knows that it costs more money to gain a customer than to keep the ones that already exist. This one won’t be giving them any more of my money. Cracker Barrel here I come.

Breakfast was delicious. The service was great. We ordered some Avocado and I was turned off when it arrived covered in brown spots. We tried to remove the dark spots and it left maybe 2 bites out of 2 orders. I won’t order that again much less pay for it.
