First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. My family and I came here on a Sunday during lunch time. We had no reservation, and we only waited 20 minutes. Our server Aimee was very attentive, and the food came out very quickly. The food presentation was absolutely amazing, and the food tasted even better. I will definitely come back to First Watch in Hermitage! Ask for Aimee, she was amazing.

This First Watch location really impressed me! Even though we had a couple of small issues during our visit (hey, sometimes things happen), the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. Our server, Nicki, was absolutely amazing and stayed on top of everything the whole time. She made sure the problems were fixed right away and kept the experience positive and enjoyable. That level of customer service really stands out
The food was fantastic! ️ One thing you definitely have to try is the Million Dollar Bacon — it’s seriously delicious and worth the hype ✨ The Million Dollar potatoes were also incredible and paired perfectly with the meal.
The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable too. It can get a little lively and noisy at times, but it’s still easy to relax and have a good conversation with friends or family. Overall, the service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend First Watch to anyone looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot!

The food was amazing, there are gluten free options, and everything was fresh. The service was exceptional! All of the staff was so friendly and accommodating for us with our two dogs on the patio. It rained the night before, and they dried off seats for us. Our server Brian was really friendly and attentive. Thank you for the delicious food and excellent service!

This First Watch is excellent. We had a couple of issues (sometimes, shtuff happens),but our server was right on top of it and they were resolved quickly. Nicki was an amazing server! They have excellent customer service here. The food was amazing. The Million Dollar Bacon is a must have and so are the Million Dollar potatoes. The service… impeccable! The atmosphere is cozy, some noise, but easy to visit and have conversations. I highly recommend First Watch.

My mother and I visited this location for an early Mother’s Day brunch. We both ordered the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Unfortunately, when I cut into my first poached egg, I found it to be overcooked and hard. In fact, all four of the poached eggs we received were very well done and not prepared as expected. The runny, gooey egg yolk is everything to the dish. I couldn’t believe they even attempted to serve it as it was.
I tried to find our server to address the issue but was unable to find her at the time. Since we were both starving (having just come from the gym), we decided to continue eating rather than wait. When our server eventually returned, I was already halfway through my meal (excluding the hard yolk). She offered to replace the dish, but due to time constraints and prior commitments, I couldn’t accept — we had to leave!
First Watch has always been one of my favorite brunch destinations, which made this experience especially disappointing. I hope this feedback is helpful for ensuring better quality and service in the future!

My family gone here this weekend and was treated so poorly. We been there dozens of times and it was always fine. We had a big group but they said 10 minute wait. We waited an hour. And then they sat us right next to another group. We might as well been sharing plates with them. And then the waitress done argued with me about a menu item, took everybody else’s order, and walked off without taking mine. She didnt even come back until she served the food. I had to order 20 minutes after everyone else. It hurt my feelings. I cried for hours.

Dilya was a great waitress. Love this spot . Food was great as usual except for the grits today they were off and I’m NOT really sure why. I was SO looking fwd to them and was slightly disappointed that they were NOT good. Maybe next time because yes I would definitely come back. Sometimes things are just NOT perfect but that’s the life of food.
