My son and I comes to this IHOP about once or twice a month. It’s the IHOP on Bears and 41… Right off 275. It’s a convenient location for both of us, me coming from the north, he’s coming from the south. It’s normally not that busy around 9:30am-10am so service is quick and efficient. Today was the same, but today, we had outstanding service by STEGHANIA (I think that’s how she spelled her name…). She was friendly and personable. She checked in on us and refilled our drinks. She waited to give us our bill until we were done with our food, which is a huge plus with us. I truly hope that she, or someone from the corporate office sees this, and gives her a shoutout for a job well done. Thank you for taking care of us today. We appreciate it!

Our waitress Aryana was amazing! She is so sweet and on top of it. Let tell you sis was bustling around that dining room like ain’t nobody’s business but she took the time to check in regularly and still be super attentive and personable. This was great service! A great smile, active listening, and speedy service that was 100% on point! And on a Sunday morning?!?!? She killed it. I’ve come to this ihop and every time it’s been a great experience but her service was so great I had to leave a review. Kitchen was on it too!

I had a fantastic experience at IHOP thanks to Mrs. Loli. She was absolutely exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely from start to finish. Our drinks were always topped up, food came out just right, and she checked in with perfect timing. Her positive attitude made the whole meal feel special. My girlfriend and i placed an online order around 12 pm & the app told us pickup would be 12:23. We got there at 12:30 & waited 10 minutes before anyone asked us why we were there. Our order wasnt ready so we sat and waited 10 minutes and checked back in. When we checked back in i could see the employee rushing in the back putting our order into a bag.. i understand if your busy and u make a simple mistake however, our food was clearly forgotten about and rushed. We barely got ANY eggs with our order (attached photo) and ONE piece of bacon. All 4 of our pancakes were UNDERCOOKED and still wet in the middle and my omelette had HAIR IN IT!!!!! I immediately returned to the facility and asked for a manager.. i waited for TWENTY MINUTES after the host told me “she’ll be right here” i ended up just leaving because i don’t have time to sit here and wait to tell you how POORLY we were served. so disappointing because we are regulars at this location & every time we are in , there is some type of issue.

Food was really good ! I’m really upset they got rid of the impossible sausage but hey. Kenny was our server and bro was one of the best. Great energy and took great care of me and my family. He even sung my son Happy Birthday! Great experience and Kenny has restored my faith in IHOP.

Kenny was awesome. By far the best service I have EVER received at any restaurant. He was on top of everything, I came for the bottomless pancakes deal and Kenny made sure my plate never ran out. No seriously tho he didn’t even give me a chance to have to ask. He was handling 7 tables at a time and made it look so easy and seamless. Big shoutout to Kenny for making my experience at ihop a 5/5.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast while traveling up the highway. This location is clean and comfortable. Our server Alexandra brought everything quickly and with a smile. I would recommend this place to anyone.

While food was great service was terrible. We ordered meals and two of the 4 of us ordered SIDES of pancakes to go with meals which menue stated you could add for $1.99. After we were finished and received our ticket, we find we were charged full price for the pancakes of $8.99. When we showed the waitress the mistake. She stated she was the manager and that was not a mistake that the pancakes were not available as an added side to the meals we purchased. We showed the menu where is does not state anywhere that it is not available with certain meals. The waitress was rude. Told us we could call corporate if we didn’t like it. If this was indeed true, she should have told us when we ordered a Side that it would be full price at that time. But we have order these same meals before and not been charged those extras prices. Will never eat there again after that rip off.
