Terrible experience. Almost ruined our child’s breakfast and completely ruined ours. Morning visit on January 11, online takeout order. First, they said there was no milkshake mix and offered orange juice instead of a milkshake, then suddenly it was available but we had to wait. While waiting, we checked the order and found a dry waffle instead of a waffle with whipped cream and Oreo cookies. When we politely asked to fix it, the employee said “Relax” instead of apologizing. The worst part was finding hair in the burrito. Absolutely the worst IHOP. Not recommended.

I recently visited this location and ordered the pancakes, and I have to say they were truly fantastic. The pancakes came out hot, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The butter melted into them beautifully, and the strawberry syrup added the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. Every bite felt warm and comforting, and you could tell they were made fresh. If you are a pancake lover, this place definitely knows how to do them right.
The service was also very good. The staff was friendly, attentive, and my food came out surprisingly fast. Even though the restaurant seemed fairly busy, they still managed to bring everything out quickly and made sure I had what I needed. It made the meal feel relaxed and enjoyable.
The only thing that took away from the experience a little bit was the policy regarding the birthday free gift. I had gone in on my birthday and hoped to redeem the birthday reward, but since I didn’t already have their app or wasn’t signed up in advance, they weren’t able to honor it. I completely understand if that is the policy, but I do feel like it would be a nice touch if customers could still receive a small birthday treat by simply showing proof of date. It would make the experience feel more welcoming and special. Still, I respect that every business has its own system.
Overall, the food was excellent, the service was fast and friendly, and I really enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend trying the pancakes here, especially with the strawberry syrup they were delicious and definitely worth coming back for.

I tried the omelette here, it was delicious. Ihop has the best hash browns. They should expand into airports with small menu, they’ll rock the markets.

This is the best most clean and modern I have ever experienced from a Ihop! This location seem like it is a 5 star luxurious Restaurant. Please if you come eat here be polite and clean after yourself and not make there jobs more difficult, Cause I plan to bring my family here again! I hope This Ihop will stay up to date all the time. The food was delicious the Chefs deserve a promotion all employees as well. These folks are a real tight team

What a suprise! We NEVER go to IHOP except when we travel, but I saw the adds for the new menu choices on TV and thought “People come to Florida when they travel and we’re blessed to live here, so why not?” So we stopped by for a bite, and what a surprise! The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is corporate looking but clean and tidy and the food was surprisingly great! Fresh coffee (not smelling burned from a dirty machine), clean meals (LOVED the omelet), and it was quick and easy. A pleasant addition to our morning choices around Delray Beach!

When you sit down and you just know by the waitresses smile and politeness it’s going to be a great meal… You relax and enjoy!
