Order a shake with nothing on top they put whipped cream in a cherry. They took it away from me and all they did was wipe the whip whipped cream off throw the cherry out and put a new tap on it and then handed it back to me with a new top with whip, whipped cream, still in it. Yesterday I visited Chick-fil-A in Schaumburg on Golf Road and placed an online preorder for a lettuce-wrapped burger due to multiple dietary restrictions, a gluten allergy, and autoimmune conditions that significantly affect my stomach and digestive system. When I took the first bite, I immediately felt what seemed like sand between my teeth. I opened the lettuce wrap and found a large piece of mud, with dirty water dripping from it.
Since yesterday, I’ve been experiencing severe stomach pain and have been vomiting, unable to keep food down. I contacted corporate yesterday and was told that the franchise owner would reach out to me today. As of now, no one has contacted me, which is completely unacceptable given the seriousness of this situation. I will be waiting a couple more days for a response. If no one reaches out, I will be escalating this matter publicly and reporting it to the health department.

First time eating, a Chick-fil-A ended up getting a spicy deluxe meal and a spicy deluxe sandwich. Both were very good. The sandwich by itself was pretty filling. The waffle fries are a nice touch the service that I received setting the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to customer serviceI was greeted as soon as I walked in by the door. The servers were very friendly, extremely patient and very willing to help as I mentioned. It was my first time here. The restaurant dining area was very clean nice atmosphere. There’s an also an outside seating area and a drive-through area that are also very clean and very efficient. There’s also a play area for the kids, which is really nice to see cause. A lot of those have been phased out. The only critique that I would give is that they won’t offer you a military discount unless you’re in uniform, I believe that upper management should change this if your military, your military and a lot of times regulations prevent us from wearing our uniform in public.

I wasn’t in the mood and I just wanted to eat a delicious salad and when I got there, firstly they wrote my name wrong and secondly I asked for a different chicken, thank you, I’m very upset.

Great place but something changed recently, maybe personal. We are visiting this place once a week for half a year. They were amazing in everything until last lately. 3-4 weeks straight there is something we have to wait on a drive through, parking and waiting near entrance for 5-10 additional minutes. In most cases it’s a milkshake. They usually do them pretty fast, like 1-2 minutes max. But now they are sending us to wait. Today we were waiting for additional 15 minutes.
Last time they didn’t put any sauces. I was so used to get service that I never checked if they forget something. Now I will have to.
Hope they will get great again and soon 🙂

Food was great. The only problem we had was there was more ice cream than Coke in the Coke float.
Best part of the experience e was Eric. He was awesome, very attentive, very friendly a pleasure to be around.

This place at 640 am didn’t have anything ready slow taking the order then come up to the window ask how long it was gonna be this at 5 to ten minutes. As for a refund, they didn’t know how to do the. Refund had it sit there for another two minutes. This is the slowest chick fle in schomburg. The one on Barrington rd is faster i would truly own leave.No stars, but they don’t give me that option or a half star

I stopped by Chick-fil-A for breakfast and it did not disappoint! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—definitely one of the best fast-food breakfasts I’ve had. The wait time was surprisingly quick, even during the morning rush, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
