This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at IHOP.
When we first walked in, we were seated quickly, which was great. However, after being seated, we waited about 10–15 minutes before the waitress even came to take our drink order. She was literally running back and forth delivering food, so it was clear she was overwhelmed.
When she finally took our order, things didn’t improve much. The orange juice was served at room temperature, and we weren’t even offered ice. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes but was brought regular pancakes instead. After I mentioned the mistake, instead of remaking them, she simply brought out chocolate chips and placed them on top.
To make matters worse, the bathrooms were out of service. It’s hard to understand how a restaurant can operate without working restrooms.
On a positive note, the food itself tasted amazing. The chefs here are top tier. My breakfast sampler was cooked perfectly and was honestly the highlight of the visit.

I apparently reviewed another location but this is the one that we visited. Was raining when we arrived but we were hungry and that couldn’t stop us from running insid. Listen this IHOP that we visited wasn’t very big, which it didn’t need to be as for what they lacked in size, they made up for in service and attitude. Customer service was excellent. Couldn’t ask for better server. She was excellent. I stood and watched the kitchen crew as well, and they were on point, very vocal with getting the orders out. Would recommend 100%.

I made a visit to this Location here on federal highway. The place was extremely clean. The friendliness of the entire staff was amazing. One waiter extremely stood out which was a lady name Monica. I watched her wait over 5 tables at a time which each table was asking for a lot of things and also adding on a lot back and forth. When I say Monica kept a smile on her face the entire time, spoke with a pleasant voice, didn’t get anything wrong on the order. While constantly going to each of her tables to check to see if anything was needed. I didn’t have to ask to have for a refill not once. But received 4 refills. This was a great experience. One of the best locations hands down. Thanks to Monica. Also when I see great staff throughout an entire establishment I also like to thank management because it says a lot without saying anything at all.

Disappointing IHOP Experience
As a long-time IHOP lover, it pains me to write this, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. The service was excruciatingly slow, and it was clear why: there was only one cook trying to handle the entire restaurant. It was frustrating to watch, knowing how much potential this place has.
When my egg white omelette with cheese finally arrived, it was a total mess. Instead of what I ordered, I got an omelette loaded with spinach, mushrooms, cheese, tomato, and avocado. Not only was it completely wrong, but I’m also allergic to mushrooms and tomatoes! I tried to pick around it, but honestly, it was a struggle.
To make matters worse, the French toast, usually a highlight, was nothing short of “fried bread”—dry and unappetizing. It’s disheartening to see such a drop in quality. The lack of staff—no dedicated cleaners, busboys, or even enough servers—really points to poor management and a cheap approach to running a restaurant.
I’m truly disappointed and won’t be returning or recommending this IHOP to anyone. It’s a shame to see a beloved spot fall so far.

Not very busy time of day so quiet with only a couple of tables occupied. Monica was friendly and attentive throughout.
Took orders, provided drinks etc promptly.
My only criticism is that our 3 dishes were delivered in 4 stages over several minutes rather than being served altogether, it meant our dishes arrived hot but slightly staggered timing-wise, however Monica kept us updated on how long they would be.

Came by on a Sunday to have breakfast with my other half and had a wonderful experience with our great waitress named Monica. She was multitasking between difficult tables. Even when some of my boyfriend’s food was not made right, she had them remake it the correct way. She was a joy to work with, and she even informed us that she recently moved down from Arkansas and that she loves the environment here which made us happy. We would definitely recommend coming here again wonderful service wonderful atmosphere even when we spoke with her manager, Ken he was also nice and had a great positive attitude as well.

Monica my waitress was amazing! Her bubbly personality is definitely a change compared most waitresses I’ve come across during morning shifts. She made my experience so much better, good job IHOP for hiring a person with such hospitality and kindness.

Our experience at IHOP started very well. The waiter who attended us was extremely kind, attentive, and doing an excellent job.
However, at one point the person in charge of the kitchen began treating him very badly in front of us. Even though our table was the only one in the restaurant, he spoke to the waiter as if they were in the middle of a rush hour, in an aggressive way and even called him “stupid.”
It was very uncomfortable to witness this situation, especially because the waiter was being very professional, kind, and was doing a great job. I believe that staff who work with customers deserve respect, and situations like this negatively affect the experience for those of us dining there.

I love pancakes especially on Tuesdays. The team here made me feel special. Ashley was so sweet and helped make my day as happy and bright as the Florida sun. Service was fast and pancakes were delicious. Happy pancake day!

Ashley was amazing! Very sweet! Got food in 5 minutes…it’s like they read my mind and had it ready for me!!! Not to mention i made my own egg white omelet!!! super happy with the service.
