Let me start by saying I go to Chick-fil-A a lot and get this salad all the time. My location is the Briarcliff/North Druid Hills location. Today I was at the Piedmont near Sydney, Marcus, Chick-fil-A There is a night and day difference from quality of the food!!! I got the market salad that I always get with no blue cheese. It came out and looked very small and lacking. But I waited till I got home to give them a chance. Do you see any chicken here? Bc this is like a third of the amount that I get at my other Chick-fil-A location. Plus the lettuce is usually overflowing and double this amount. Also, the fruit is more plentiful and larger sliced. This is pathetic and I’m just warning everybody that might go to this location, go out of your way to go to a different one because $13 for a salad with no chicken and a drink can be better spent elsewhere. Times are hard, spend your money wisely

Oh, how I love Chick-fil-A – Piedmont Rd! Every visit starts with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. They consistently get my order exactly right, and the food is always served hot—just the way I like it.

Best fast food restaurant in the world. This place does not even feel like a fast food chain. The staff are very professional and friendly. The whole restaurant is very clean, including the bathrooms. I have not been to a better-managed fast food chain in my life.

This is one of only two Chick-fil-A locations that I will not patronize. EVERY time I have been here it has been a disappointment and I have given them several chances over the past ten years. Truly disappointing experience from a company that is known for exceptional quality and customer service.
My office is a couple blocks away but I will drive several miles to the Collier location which is always a pleasant experience. Avoid this store and travel the extra distance to avoid frustration!

Fast and efficient. I saw the line wrapped around the store and got worried. Plenty of parking and we were in and out quicker than Soncho on a Friday night. Food was fresh and store was clean. They did however forgot to give us forks with our salad. Had to grab some from the hotel con-cierge service

Update : there are still many issues at this store, especially with communication. If you don’t speak Spanish or if you don’t speak English, those two people don’t need to work together. All the orders are wrong.
Terrible service and extremely slow drive-through. If you were looking for a Chick-fil-A, that’s fast and quick, this is not it. Their drive-through line is terrible.
