So I went to IHOP with my cousins and their kids I have to see the server Jose was very efficient I arrived about 15 minutes after my family and he insured that all food came out together in a timely fashion. He was very attentive to when the cup would be emptied in providing refills and while the pandemic has definitely put a strain on both the bill and the overall dining experience Jose did a good job at making us feel comfortable and not feeling rushed so we can enjoy family time together.

We had a great experience at IHOP on SW147 ave. We had not been there in a few years and hubs wanted a BLT sandwich so headed there which is close to home. BLT was good, fries hot and tomato soup was really good! It was very cold when we arrived and Mauricio, our greeter and server, made sure to make it comfortable for me. He was awesome, friendly and attentive. Our food came out hot and he made sure we weren’t missing anything. We will visit again. Thanks, Mauricio!!

Denny’s is much better. The service here was extremely slow, our server wasn’t very attentive regardless of how small and empty the restaurant was. My fisherman’s platter was not tasty. This place has really gone downhill.

If Moe serves you then you know you’re getting food, attention, and information full of love. The only thing that could improve is if there weren’t music all the time. That’s personal preference and I probably could have asked if it was a bad choice of station but it wasn’t. The meal tasted perfect, the fried stuff was crispy and tender on the inside and the meat was juicy. I go there when I want a hearty meal for 15 dollars. Great local chain joint.

Food was phenomenal. Made fresh. Their refresher drinks were definitely to get. My only little complaint is that one of the tables are beneath a A/C vent that leaks water and drips down.

Cold like a plastic!.. not a single pepper inside, burnt hash potato inside which tasted bitter, paid fast delivery and I live 5 blocks away!!! Horrible , called and spoke to lady owner was as rude and bad as the actual omelette itself ! This ihop is the third time their quality of food has been unacceptable!!!

If you’re going to this place please check your table twice, my daughter left her book pack with money and other belongings in it and the manager didn’t want to help to find it, she didn’t want to check the cameras because they were the ones who grabbed it, she didn’t care and didn’t have empathy, it was a gift she received the day before for her birthday, it’s unbelievable how 3 minutes after they hide it. Because the other people who sat on the table didn’t have anything I personally checked, so it was the staff who grabbed it

I had a wonderful experience at IHOP thanks to our hostess Massiel. She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment she introduced herself. She went out of her way to be helpful, and I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout our visit.
