I had a really great experience at IHOP! From the moment I walked in, my host Patty was warm, welcoming, and set the tone for a pleasant visit. My waitress, Mary, was absolutely amazing—she showed such genuine hospitality and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal.
The food came out in a timely manner, and everything tasted delicious. You can tell the staff really cares about providing a great experience. Big shoutout to Patty and Mary for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been a regular at this IHOP for years, and while it has always been a reliable favorite, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the overall state of the restaurant over the last few months.
The wait staff has always been wonderful—especially Iaisha, who is truly my favorite server of all time—but lately, it feels like the entire team has stepped up their game.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting the Store Manager after an order wasn’t quite right. She handled the situation with total professionalism and efficiency. She truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue, leaving me with a fantastic impression of how IHOP values its loyal customers. It’s clear her leadership is making a real difference in the atmosphere and service here!

We came in for Valentine’s Day, which we know is one of the busiest nights of the year, and even though they were clearly understaffed, Iaisha handled everything with such grace. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel cared for the entire evening.
