Susan is my new favorite server, she greeted us with so much enthusiasm and kindness.

Ms.Sierra has the most beautiful energy and professional attitude. She’s a natural. Friendliness expressed from a genuine heart, and professionalism that ensures her customers have a great experience. The food was great too! Ms. Maggie cooked my food, and I’m so glad she did. This is my and my family favorite place for breakfast, and in general i am happy customer, and we always come back to IHOP on any location we found. I usually give 5 star but i decide to remove two, so the management on this location can pay attention. First when we enter at least 2 people talking and walking around untill i get my coffe, not even to look at us, and my waitress barely check on us. I did find small hair in my plate but i decide to remove it and continue eating, and when i ask for new napkins my waitress took forever to bring me and didnt even bother to ask what is that piece of egg in front me. I understand busy morning, but basically look on the table, or even asking”anything else is basic of service”. The reason why i am writing this its because we could choose to eat anywhere else but we decide our favorite spot just because what IHOP is BEST BREAKFAST PLACE!!! Please pay attention on guest, i dont think you want to loose customer because someone doesnt care!!! Again i do not want nothing in return, just pay attention because our IHOPs in West Palm Beach are so much better in service.
