I went with my wife and the place was unpleasant. To begin the entrance to go inside is so filthy needs pressure washing. The inside needs some renovations the ceilings are peeling. The windows and seals are discusting. We were given dirty utensils that the waitress took back photo incld. I would never go back to that I hop and hope the others are presentable.

On the upside… very happy to see that much of the IHOP menu has changed to improve the food quality. No longer the use of High Fructose Corn Syrup and other improvements. It’s everything we have come to expect from this restaurant of childhood memories but with an improved health twist.

Food was all cold!! We sat for 2 hours. No drinks nothing. It’s just me and my two kids and no service or decent products to be had here… sad sad this place makes IHOP look bad bad bad… mike never go again bad

Young lady called Sweet Tea hitting on customers Not Cool! Making comments that make customers uncomfortable. She seems to be a bit over confident with herself. I will not eat there again but will make a point to see manager next time I’m in the area. I’m pretty certain any good reviews directed to her are probably all men. Again Not Cool for business.

I ordered over the phone and was told it would take 10mins to prepare. Upon arrival the lobby area was packed with potential guests whom walked out because no one greeted them or seated them after over 15min wait time. There were tables available on the right hand side of the restaurant which apparently were not going to be used because that section was not open. How could you refuse to sit paying guests???

Always amazing and outstanding customer service .. My server was Sweet T. She was so nice, she make you feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to please every little detail. Sweet T made our day a happier one.. Thanks girl and never loose that energy, we loved it!!!
