I ordered Cajun fries and a Cajun wrap from Cook Out and the fries had no Cajun seasoning at all. That’s the main reason I ordered them.

First time here. Ordered a lot of food & the order was correct, hot & delicious. Also, only $36! This location had a double drive thru. Line was long but moved quickly. We didn’t wait long for our large order. Strawberry banana milkshake was delicious & thick. Bacon dog was hot & had crispy bacon. Small cheeseburger with only ketchup & mayo was good. Cheese bites were the perfect size. Hush puppies were sweet. Chicken quesadilla dipped in BBQ sauce was top tier. Cheddar style cheeseburger was delicious. Onion rings were good dipped in Cookout sauce. Plain BBQ sandwich was just ok.

I went on a road trip across the South and was recommended I try Cookout. How much did we like it? We liked it so much we ate there 4 times in 8 days. The food is unbelievable, the shakes are divine, and the prices seem to come from 2004 and not 2024. This was our second one to try (all four different locations.) This one we got a BLT wrap, Old West style burger, fries and hushpuppies. Plus a Toffee + Caramel shake.

When I went there it was first understaffed. It took about 5 minutes for me to order since there was not a lot of people there, when we pull up to the window there is a worker sitting on the floor. One of the workers who I give props to was trying his absolute hardest to get all the orders done while was was sitting on the floor and the other was wandering around, the bald one with a tattoo is fine. When I get my order I ask for cook out sauce get none, and when I ask for a side of chicken nuggets I only get 3. It was overall just a horrible experience but one of them tried their best. (Update) Just checked they gave me the completely wrong burger, I asked for a out west burger and they gave me one with coleslaw mustard and chili, clearly out west doesn’t have anything, I am allergic to mustard.

I went to Cookout two days in a row. Adrian was so patient with me as both times I placed three separate orders. He got all the orders correct both times. He was friendly and professional. Our food was hot and fresh. I recommend the burgers. The specialty milkshakes are delicious.

Not a cookout person, was in a space last week where my options were limited. So I got food. It was so good I ate it before arriving to my destination. (Garner location) so I said week later let me go get some cookout (falls of neuse location) omg this was horrible my cheese fries were so hard omg couldn’t bite them hamburger was suppose to be a double burger it was single. And look at the piece of lettuce they put on my burger and all those onions. Should be ashamed . Look at these fries cold hard and disgusting. I will not come back to this location or cookout at all.

My boyfriend and I frequent this location for its convenience and close proximity to our home, however, today we had by far the WORST experience ever. We pulled into one of the lanes that seemed to have the least amount of cars thinking that it would be a quick and easy ordering process. It took about 15 minutes to get through the ordering process despite the fact that there was only 2 cars in front of us with small orders. When it came time for us to order we had the hardest time ordering even though our order was simple. We ended up repeating ourselves five or six times and still had to keep correcting the employee when they repeated the order back. While we were ordering, we noticed that the other lane had at least 10 cars order and move forward. It then took us another 10 minutes to actually get our food. All in all we spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru that wasn’t actually busy which is nearly double the time it usually takes us.
When we finally got home to eat, I was beyond disappointed with what I found in my box. The chicken wrap clearly was haphazardly thrown together. There was very little sauce on it and the chicken tender was a chicken patty that was merely cut in half. The usual melty and delicious cheese was barely melted and the tortilla was raw whereas normally it is cooked. The burger looked like it had half a patty and was so poorly assembled that it was literally falling apart. The steak sauce that was supposed to be on it was all over the wrapper and barely any of it was actually on the sandwich. The tomato on my boyfriend’s sandwich tasted like it had already begun to rot.
This was just overall a very disappointing experience from a normally well-run establishment.

Order was incorrect, wrong drink. Large fries with cheese was not a large quantity and they were not hot and crispy but rather soggy. Others who went after us also had drink orders incorrect! People order drinks without sugar for diabetic and reasons so drinks received with sugar went to trash — errors are disappointing waste of money & nothing to drink!

Now don’t get me wrong I love Cook-Out! But this location just can’t get it right. This is the FOURTH time I’ve gotten my order wrong. After being asked to repeat myself 5 times, you would think it is understood. We sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes this afternoon to have our order completely wrong. Not worth driving back. We both order double chili cheese dog trays. We got 4 chili dogs all made a different way. She asked us at the window if we needed any sauce or ketchup and we said yes, and asked for honey mustard. She didn’t put anything in the bag and just handed it to us. The fries are stale and cold, they gave my friend only 4 cheese bites(one was just batter), and the corn dog was burnt but yet cold!? I don’t like to complain, and I like to be understanding but this is just pathetic.
