We came in Tuesday evening and Ms. Donna was our waitress. She was amazing, very attentive and informative. The food was quick and amazing as well. We will definitely be back and hopefully she will be there again!

Alanna is the best. She always treats me so well. Even when I’m having a bad day and might be a bit cranky towards her she doesn’t take it personally and treats me with the upmost respect. She consistently gets my orders right and make sure my food is out as quick as the kitchen will let it. She’s super friendly and I love making small talk with her when I come in there. honestly, this girl needs a raise. She works really hard. She’s super kind and she’s very professional. At this point when I come here to eat, I ask for Alanna. The other staff just doesn’t treat me as well. No offense to you guys. Alanna is just my fav

Traci was helpful, attentive, and absolutely charming! She was prompt to apologize for what was barely any wait at all for a busy Sunday morning. She went on to make us feel welcome and appreciated as she took care of everything we needed to enjoy out breakfast! We’ll be coming back in hopes of being seated in her section again.

Went in for my birthday brunch with my sister and daughter and it was absolutely delicious! I haven’t had ihop in quite some time but I must say I was impressed! Nikki was our server and she was so sweet and very attentive! Definitely will be returning!

Alanna is literally the sweetest. I was having a really bad day and she showed genuine concern for me and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I wish I could always come here but I’m visiting from out of state. Every ihop needs an Alanna. Thank you so much for making this Texas girl feel at home.

Not sure how well managed this place is but my daughter and I just walked out along with six others after waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes.. doesn’t sound like long but the place was almost empty! Made a comment about the occupancy being 180 with only 20 sitted and the girl at the front said she was the only floor server. How is this possible on a Sunday at 1pm? Why isn’t there a Now Hiring sign out front? See other reviewers have mentioned staffing being an issue, sadly this place will be closed soon if things don’t change.

The food here was so fresh and delicious, but the best part about our experience was our server Alanna! She was so quick to seat us and take our order. Super kind woman, and again very quick to giving us refills or anything if we needed. Love iHop!! 🙂

I came into this restaurant for the first time in awhile and I had the best service so I will certainly be returning based on the experience today. I asked to speak to a manager or be able to let someone know because it’s really hard these days to get a wonderful server who will give you attention, make sure you have everything you need, keep drinks refilled, have a great suggestion for the meal I picked, and all with a smile and great attitude. I believe her name was Tracy or Traci she really needs a raise because she is one of a kind in her interactions with customers.
