Wonderful breakfast with the family. They were busy when we arrived with a large walk in party. But they got us seated in our quoted time. Melissa took care of us. She was wonderful and got us everything we needed. Our food came out perfect. For sure will be coming back to this location.

Stopped by and there was a Mustang Car meet going into loudly, and when I entered was told there would be a 15-20 minutes wait and there is nothing good enough here to wait that long for so after checking in and waiting about 5 minutes and calling around for open availability, found a better restaurant, with less wait or mess or crowd. Plus the sound of the early 90s country music was enough to run anyone with even a little bit of class away.

The food was great! We were able to use our rewards and get just about the entire meal free. Melissa was a great waitress and made it easy for us with our purchase, and she was great with the service. Will definitely come back again sometime!

we had Melissa as our server and it was wonderful! she was attentive and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. im autistic and have sensory issues, and she didnt even bat an eye when I asked for just a plate of eggs because of these issues. she also let me sneakily pay for our meal so I could tease my friend about it, so all in all please come here and have fun eating a good meal, with a great environment, and an even more wonderful server!!!

The food and customer service the greeter, Cristo, provides is so amazingly genuine. Ms Jackie, and Oriane, make the vibe so pleasant and welcoming. I’m sure glad to have witnessed the fine-art-of-customer engagement. They show up!!! The chef’s have got to be the best in Pensacola. The food is cooked to order. Kudos to them!!! My absolute favorite iHop to visit after attending church service. Always offering a prayer as I enter, and He hasn’t failed me, yet. Ms Lisa you have an awesome crew. Davis Hwy location is the best.

I ordered delivery from the restaurant. They didn’t package the food well at all. I’m away for work so I’ve been living in a hotel for over two months and order food often so I know most places tamper proof their food but not ihop. How am I supposed to ensure the delivery person didn’t mess with my food? On top of that, my crepes are supposed to come with chocolate on them but where’s that? The eggs were ordered with cheddar cheese and that’s non existent too. I’m just so mad because I’m also pregnant. Now I have to order something else.

Shanice was hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had! She greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel welcome right away, and stayed on top of everything throughout our entire visit. Our drinks were always refilled, our food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked on us at all the right times without ever being overbearing.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine care for her guests. You could tell she truly enjoys what she does, and that made our dining experience even better. Shanice is a true asset to this restaurant, and we will absolutely be requesting her section in the future!
