The service was absolutely immaculate. I was served by Rachael, and it genuinely felt like she could read my mind. Anything I needed, she anticipated and provided with ease. She was kind, and humorous, felt like a family, I practically begged her to sit down and order food with us. I would definitely come back just to see her again. I had an amazing experience at IHOP! I flew in from NY and I was looking for something to eat because I was hungry. From the moment I walked in with my family, Rachael was warm, welcoming, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from drinks to food any other thing that we requested.
The food was delicious, the pancakes were fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted freshly made. The restaurant was also very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, which made the experience even better. Rachael also helped my brother-in-law charged his laptop for him while we ate.
You can really tell that the team here cares about their customers. If I ever were to come back to Florida, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this IHOP to friends and family!

Monique is a unique experience, you feel it, she never has to force it, I choose this type of waitress, one who you rarely have to ask for anything, because she’s already accommodated you where necessary, so if you come to IHOP in Fleming Island, ask for Monique I know she kickstarted my New Year

Rachael was so kind, she went above and beyond what was expected. She was quick smart and she knew her stuff. Sh was helping 5 tables while I was in here and she handled it like a champ. Please give her the proper recognition for a job well done. As a server I feel it’s hard to find great service these days. So when she came up it was like a breath of fresh air. Please keep her and treat her accordingly.

Angel has an amazing vibe and made me feel more welcome than my real family. The service was top notch her taining couldn’t have been more obvious top shelf. Came in around 8pm on a Sunday and it was a mess. There was only ONE server working the entire restaurant and some like cooks. No host, no manager. I honestly felt bad for the server because they were clearly overwhelmed.
Our food took about an hour, and my kid didn’t even get his meal until after the rest of us were completely done eating. I had to ask about it for it to finally come out. That’s really frustrating when you’re out with family.
I get that staffing can be tough, but having just one person running the whole place at dinner time is wild. Definitely not a good experience. We won’t be back.
