Service was very good. The restaurant itself is falling apart due to lack of maintenance and care mold on the ceiling restrooms were so gross. When washing your hands you expect them to be cleaner when you come out this is not the case here.

Our family stopped in this morning after a long drive from Orlando. We were greeted with smiles from everyone. The restaurant itself was clean and smelled clean. Our waiter was Nico and he was amazing! Very hospitable and kind. He was attentive and extremely patient with our large group. We appreciate everyone’s welcoming attitude. The food was great too. Eggs were perfect! We hope to return on our way out. Nico deserves all the praise!

The WORST ihop ever!! I ordered chicken strips but I got two patties. Then I ordered French toast sticks with no syrup so I had to walk back and get some syrup! Then I had cheese sticks. All of it was bad except the French toast sticks. I tipped 6.51 cent but I tried to call and get it taken off but nobody answered!!! My check number is 4924! Please remove my tip asap! This location need to be shut down!

Awful experience. We waited 15 minutes for our table, which is fine. We waited 30 minutes for our food, which is fine. However, when our food came, one of our order was missing and our server was nowhere to be found until everyone at the table had already finished their meal. Apparently, the order was left in the kitchen with no one bringing it over and we still had to pay it. However, our server should have come around at least one time to see how we were doing because our coffee was lukewarm and gone since we were waiting a while for our meals. It’s funny because all of sudden she was present while we were paying our check and grabbed it so fast. Erica—hope you’re happy with your $5 tip cause it would’ve been $0 if it weren’t for my partner being a good person.

Staff here is so friendly, every time I come in they treat me as if they know me personally. Love the cooks so much I leave them a tip as well. Favorites are the Dulce con leches pancakes and Cali roasted turkey sandwich!! Five out of five recommend!!

My husband and I live nearby and maybe go in once a month for breakfast. This morning when we went in they were really pretty busy It was a Sunday not usually a day we go so we had no problems being patient. From the first encounter with our waitress Nia, I looked at my husband and said she’s an amazing waitress. She stopped back quite a few times checked on our drinks told us what the holdup was on our food then brought half our meal out for us so it didn’t get cold while we waited for the holdup. I looked at her at that point and said you are an amazing waitress and you’re doing what you should be doing meaning as a job. She has an amazing personality excellent customer service skills and I hope IHOP holds on to her for a very long time! We know we’re going back in 2 weeks – and I will be asking for her by name from now on! I hope her managers get to read this, in this world people need to hear how good they’re doing, instead of only hearing something when they haven’t done so well. Thank you Nia for a great experience!

Went here for my birthday. Everyone was so friendly but my server Paul deserves more than 5 stars he deserves 100 stars. He was just DELIGHTFUL. He was a server, entertainer, and guide (for touring). I definitely recommend this place to everyone and Ask for Paul!
