Food was typical IHOP. Good. Service was HORRENDOUS. So hard to get anything when the servers were all hanging out chit chatting with each other. Hubby only got ONE glass of water and I only got ONE glass of tea because she never came back to check on us!

Was unable to eat here during operating hours because store is “understaffed.” But there is no sign up stating that they were closing early. Why are you even open in the first place? Truckers depend on restaurants in truck stops to be open and ready to feed us, because we can’t make excuses just because we don’t feel like working.

I live hundreds of miles away from this little IHOP connected to a Pilot, but travel to Atlanta frequently. One time, my wife and I stopped here by chance and had, without a doubt, the best IHOP food in the country. By now, I’ve made 4 more trips to ATL and every time I’m heading home I make a point to stop by this very special store.

This location is hit or miss. I went there late one night and everything we ordered was hot and glorious. Went there on a late afternoon and our food bowl barely had half the ingredients it was supposed to come with. The waiter had to come back with all the ingredients a la carte. Tomatoes, onions, green peepers, and salsa all in a separate bowls so we could complete the order. I’m guessing it was just a different cook that had no clue how to make one of their new food bowls. Everything else was fine.

I have seen a lot of IHOP locations that have declined in service but this location is absolutely by far the best IHOP i have dined at in a lot of years. My food portion at this location was not skimpy, my food was prepared proper and my server was courteous and respectful. Best IHOP service i have ever had.

Tried for tge 3rd time to eat hear today. Once again, they got my order completely wrong, no time to wait for a second order. Last time they gave my order to another table the tried to give it to me after the other table complained about it being incorrect. Place is never staffed and if it is it’s incompetently.

Place was great stopped in at 6am on sat and ate all my food before anyone else came in to eat!!!! Had the whole place to myself for about 1 hour!!!! Nice just me the weather channel, eggs and a waffle.
