I had an excellent experience at IHOP thanks to our waitress, Auna. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and she kept such a positive attitude the entire time. She truly went above and beyond and made our visit enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and hope to be served by her again! So full, had to take half home!

I was kind of hesitant to come today because I wasn’t sure how the service would be. I hadn’t been in a while and because of that I assumed that the quality had probably gone down over the years. I was completely wrong. When we came in all of the hosts and servers were incredibly warm and welcoming. We were seated right away. I asked to switch from a table to a booth and that was granted. Everything we ordered came out correctly. Food was great. And this is not a BIG deal but something I pay attention to when dining out- the menus, like the actual menu books were CLEAN. And looked brand new. I hate getting a menu book that’s greasy and dirty or has food on it. These looked like they were just printed. My boys and I really enjoyed and we’re gonna start back coming!!!

I love coming in and eating as the atmosphere is cozy. The wait staff is amazing. Just like family. The only thing I think should be changed is using 2 plates, one oval plate for eggs and potatoes and another for pancakes. I have had breakfast where the plate the food on three plates, not pleasant when they have 2 plates and a bowl for potatoes. To much on the table and tends to be messy.waitress I had today Anahi did a wonderful job! She also puts the merchant ticket on top to be signed, and highlights the tickets where the information a customer needs to know!

Anari was very friendly, polite and attentive. I had a couple special requests and she honored them. Even asked questions about an allergy to make sure it was OK.
Food was outstanding because it was cooked perfectly. You don’t always get that and today everything was perfection.

I had an amazing visit to IHOP recently and everything was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and super attentive without being overbearing. Our food came out quickly, hot and fresh. I ordered the classic pancake combo, and it was absolutely delicious—fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, and crispy bacon. You can’t beat the value for the portion size either!

Tara was our server, she was polite, helpful with the menu. Check in to ensure we had exactly what we needed. I noticed when she moved through the restaurant she did not stroll, she move with purpose. I like the energy. The Hostess was wonderful also. Nice greeting.

We must say “Amanda” at the Epps Bridge location provided excellent customer service being that this was her first week working here. She was very quick efficient and courteous. We will definitely request for her to be our waitress ❤️
