i had a great experience here at IHOP, and a big part of it was our server, Shaynah. She was friendly, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out hot and fresh, and Shaynah checked on us often without being annoying. She had a positive attitude and made us feel welcome the whole time. Because of her excellent service, our visit was enjoyable, and I would definitely come back to this IHOP again. Highly recommend asking for Shaynah if you visit!

I’ll have to say. I’ve never been the Greatest fan. Had some bad experiences in years past . At different locations if course. Shaynah G was absolutely on top of what we needed. Very pleasant. Very professional. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you today. Thank you for taking great care of my family and I. You’re hard work is appreciated ma’am. Thank you. The rest of the staff was just as personable. A great atmosphere. Down to the toddler next to us that was screaming/laughing with joy at the kids show she was watching on Mom’s phone. Great job crew. We’ll definitely be back.
