2) it did take some time for the food to come out but it was probably only like 10 min but when you’re hungry it always feels longer.
Food and shake were still good. Workers were nice, and they always give you extra fries!
I like these burgers better than ‘In N Out’ burgers.
Yes, I said it.
I’ve never had a bad burger from
Five Guys and I love the French fries and I’m a French fry connoisseur. ✌
If you haven’t tried Five Guys you should!
The food is not bad. But is it just a burger. Like lots of other places sell.
Pros: the food was cooked to order and was definitely fresh. Despite being cooked right after ordering, it didn’t take long to have our food. The floors were clean and the atmosphere good. The portion size on the fries was generous.
Cons:
7.95 for a two-patty burger? $4 for fries? The burger was astonishingly ordinary. It didn’t taste seasoned at all beyond a tiny bit of salt and pepper. It was very meaty but devoid of any other bit of flavor. The cheese was hot and melted, but also pretty lackluster. It tasted like classic American Cheese you can buy at Walmart. The onions weren’t even very good somehow. I just don’t get how you can justify paying $8 for the most plain burger of all time.
The cajun fries were good for the first bite or two, but then it was just like eating a box of solidified Old Bay seasoning. They were also extremely greasy (pics included, one soon after getting our order and another an hour after letting our extra fries sit). I’m not sure if this is a problem with this spot in particular or the whole chain, but I’m not planning on going to any Five Guys in the future.
