Everything was great until I got the check. I told the table of 5 id tipped $10 only to be told 18% tip was added to each bill. Our server never informed me of such. This is a sad way for companies to pay their servers wages.

I stopped here on a whim ,I just felt like sitting down for breakfast. Anyways the experience was so good. In a day when it’s hard to find good customer service the experience here was so awesome. The hostess the wait staff ,just everyone in general was so hospitable ,my food was excellent, on time, and very yummy. I observed the wait staff as I was eating and everyone no matter what table they were servicing always had a smile on and was so polite. If I lived in the area of this restaurant I would definitely be a regular customer. I can tell you how great it wa to actually have a great experience at a restaurant for once.

I ordered 3 meals, 2 of the chicken fried steak meals and the big steak omelette. We asked for crispy hash browns we got hash browns that weren’t done. Then we wanted cheese on one of the meals eggs. The put it in both. The gravy was clumpy, for three meals one plastic ware was put into the bag and only 2 syrups. Called to speak to a manager name Maria! We were headed out of town and she wanted us to drive back 30 minutes to refund the food. Horrible customer service.

Never been in this IHOP, and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was, how attentive the wait staff were, my food was cooked perfectly and served hot. It was a wonderful time!

The waitress was so personable, kind, courteous, & considerate. She consistently & continually asked if we were Ok. I greatly appreciated how she was very attentive. She very helpful & gave us everything we asked for. Her demeanor set the tone for the atmosphere of how we were treated & the way we felt appreciated. Amazing place. Planned to meet with friends here after I flew in and it was great. Not super busy and we were able to be seated right away. My friend and I ordered water while we waited for my other two friends to show up. The server was really cool and let us take our time waiting. Finally everyone got there and we ordered. I’m only able to eat gluten free pancakes, so i ordered that as a combo and had grits and scrambled eggs and burnt bacon that I requested. I ate almost everything, it was really good. My friend’s had the original buttermilk pancakes, strawberry French toast, and the pancake of the month. The restroom was also the nicest restroom I’ve ever seen in an IHOP before.

Absolutely terrible service and extremely disappointing staff behavior. I come to this location often, which makes this experience even more frustrating.
We arrived tonight at 9:40 PM, and the restaurant had a full staff on both the floor and in the kitchen. Despite this, the waiter, waitress, and manager all told us that we could not dine in because dine-in service supposedly stops at 10 PM and becomes takeout only. It was not 10 PM.
After two waiters rudely insisted we could not dine in, the manager finally acknowledged that we were allowed to eat since it was, in fact, before 10. We were seated, but from that point on, the attitudes from our waiter and other staff members were clearly hostile and unprofessional.
Feeling uncomfortable and concerned about how our food might be handled we decided to leave without eating. This was especially disappointing because we drove a long distance specifically to dine at this location.
If dine-in hours are changing, they need to be clearly and accurately updated online. The lack of communication and the unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing experience.

Great IHOP location to stop in if stuck at ATL airport overnight. Super clean and fast service and always got a great breakfast menu. My server Paola E was so nice and friendly with a great smile. She made sure I had everything to be happy providing great customer service. Love IT
