Had dinner tonight at this location in Atlantic, Iowa, and received excellent service from Aaron Botis, so good that I commented and asked his name. He had a great attitude and offered service with a smile. As my husband and I ate, we overheard pleasant interactions between Aaron and other staff members. Sadly, this is rare these days. I will come back just because of the pleasant and customer friendly atmosphere he provides.

Nostalgic Burger King with good food and friendly staff. Orders are prompt and food looks like the advertising pictures! We love this Burger King and always choose it over Mc Donald’s.

My family and I go here weekly for a quick dinner after a busy day. Everytime we are given smiles, and great service from a young man named Owen. He has great customer service and the food was great. I never write these but sometimes people who go beyond need to be recognized. Thank you young man.

I had a great experience at this restaurant the manager, Paula has excellent customer service skills she was unbelievable. I couldn’t believe that she’s been doing this for 43 years. Even though the restaurant looks old, it was very clean inside the food was prepared when you ordered the food was hot. It tasted tasted good.

Been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Every single time they “forget” to put the second slice of cheese on the double cheeseburger. They are doing this on purpose. I found out through one of the employees that their manager has instructed them to purposefully only put one slice of cheese on. Today when I went in and got a double cheeseburger, sure enough, one slice. I found the manager and said I want my second slice. Initially she tried to lie to me saying there’s only one slice. I then showed her the menu where it clearly states 2 slices, she said nothing more. Got me my slice and threw it on the counter. What this manager is doing is nothing short of theft on the customer. We pay for that slice. I’m outraged.
