We visited this location tonight and it was a HORRIBLE experience from beginning to end. Once you enter, a sign instructs you to “Wait to Be Seated”. However, it should say “Wait Until the Hostess Gets Off the Phone with Her Boyfriend and then She’ll Try to Find a Table for You”. Once we were seated, our waitress took a while to arrive despite there being only 4 tables with guests – 2 of which belonged to her. After the waitress arrived, she accepted both drink and food orders. Although the food arrived timely, we had no silverware or napkins. After we asked for eating utensils, the waitress took her precious time laughing and playing and we opted to leave the table to retrieve the items. Should we get a tip for handling her tasks? Unfortunately, the water was never delivered and the coffee made it to the table right before we finished our meal. Napkins were delivered to us with the tab, despite us asking from the moment we sat down.

The food was great. Service was incredibly slow. We waited for 20 minutes to pay at the end of our meal. We were one of maybe 5 small parties in the restaurant but I also only saw two employees up front the while time we were there.

They have a sign in front of the building for us visitors passing through that clearly states it is open for 24 hours but the facility has limited time which means it is not 24 hours. I have the photos. At least Denny’s is honest when they say they are 24 hours and if they are not they let the people know should they show up on Google.

Disgusting! I asked for my meat to be well-done and it was actually undercooked. The eggs were nasty, WHY are the cooks scrambling the eggs WITH the cheese as opposed to literally every other Ihop and restaurant on planet earth that melts the cheese on top?! It ruins the consistency AND makes the eggs where they are undercooked on the inside.

The food took a long time to arrive. A few received their meals after everyone was almost finished eating and my pancakes arrived after I had eaten everything else. Food was good and hot when we finally received it, but I think that they forgot a portion of our order.

I haven’t enjoyed my last few visits to any IHOP establishments including this one over the past few years but my family and I always end up returning in hopes of better. Well today was our better. All four of us enjoyed our meals everything was served hot and expediently and I wanted to give KUDOS to our server Stephanie, she said she was new and she did an excellent job. Thank you Stephanie for taking care of us. Were gonna look for you our next visit
